Claims (6)
- 실린더몸체와 피스톤로드로 이루어지는 완충기와, 한쪽선 단이 실린더몸체위에 설치된 제1 스프링시트에 안착되고 타단이 피스톤로드에 설치된 제2 스프링시트에 안착된 상기 완충기에 걸려있는 코일스프링을 갖춘 스트러트형 현가장치를 조립하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 완충기가 제1 방향으로 유지되도록 이를 지지하는 지지장치와, 상기 제1 방향에 대해 수직하는 축을 중심으로 회전하도록 설치된 프레임, 현가장치의 코일스프링을 결속시키기 위한 장치를 갖추고 상기 프레임의 회동축에 대해 평행하지 않는 제2방향으로 이동하도록된 걸어맞춤장치 및, 상기 제2방향이 코일스프링의 축과 평행하게 되도록 프레임의 위치를 변경시키기 위한 조절장치를 갖춘 것을 특징으로하는 차량용 현가장치의 코일스프링 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레임의 회동축이 코일스프링의 축을 가로지르도록 위치된 것을 특징으로하는 코일스프링 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조절장치는 프레임의 회동이동이 효과적으로 수행되도록 하기위한 팬터그래프기구를 갖춘 것을 특징으로하는 코일스프링 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 걸어맞춤장치는 상기 프레임위에 설치되어 제2방향으로 뻗어있는 가이드레일과 상기 가이드레일을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 코일스프링 결속장치를 이동 시키기 위한 레일지지대를 갖춘 것을 특징으로하는 코일스프링 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 걸어맞춤장치의 코일결속장치는 스프링의 양쪽 맞은편에 위치하여 스프링에 대하여 회동하도록 된 한쌍의 캘리퍼아암과, 상기 캘리퍼아암의 이동이 효과적으로 수행되도록 하는 진공액튜에이터를 갖춘 것을 특징으로하는 코일스프링 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완충기의 피스톤로드는 장치의 수직프레임에 설치된 견인장치에 의해 제1방향으로 견인되도록 한것을 특징으로하는 코일스프링 압축장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
