Claims (19)
- 길이가 일정하지 않는 비경화에틸렌-프로필렌 고무시트를 수평로를 따라 나아가게 하고, 길이가 일정하지 않은 열가소성 접착스트립을 상기 고무시트의 첫번째 가장자리 부분에 평행한 제2의 수평로를 따라 공급하고; 접착스트립을 고무시트의 첫번째 가장자리 부분과 겹쳐지도록 접촉시키고; 접착스트립과 고무시트에 압력을 가하여 시트와 스트립을 긴밀히 접촉시켜 비경화 라미네이트를 생성시키고; 비경화 고무시트를 가황화시키고 열가소성 접착스트립을 연화시키며 스트립을 시트에 부착시키기에 충분한 온도에서 비경화 라미네이트를 가열하여 경화라미네이트를 생성시키고; 경화라미네이트를 열가소성 접착스트립의 연화점 미만으로 냉각시켜 열활성화 가능한 일체 접착성 가장자리 부분이 있는 고무시트를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여 열활성화 가능한 열가소성 접착성 가장자리 부분이 있는 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열활성화 가능한 열가소성 접착제가 탄소수 1 내지 6의 모노올레핀으로부터 유도된 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌과 1-부텐의 공중합체(이는 ASTM D 816, 공정 19에 따라 측정한 바 연화점이 약 105 내지 약 150℃이다)인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 3kg의 추가부하를 가함으로써 변형된 ASTM 1238-57T에 따라서 측정할 경우, 공중합체의 용융지수가 0.5보다 큰 방법.
- (a) 시트의 하나이상의 가장자리 부분에 열활성화 가능한 접착스트립이 있는, 길이가 일정한 제1의 고무시트를 지붕위에 놓고; (b) 길이가 일정한 제2의 고무시트를 제1의 고무시트에 겹치도록 하여 제1의 고무스트립의 열활성화 가능한 접착성 가장자리 부분이 제2의 고무시트에 의해 덮이도록 하고; (c) 제1의 고무시트의 접착성 가장자리 부분을 용융 및 융합시키기에 충분한 열과 압력을 가하여 제2의 고무시트에 긴밀히 용융 및 부착시키고; (d) 지붕이 고무시트재로 덮힐때까지 (b)와 (c) 단계를 연속적으로 반복함을 특징으로 하여 지붕에 고무시트재를 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1의 고무시트의 위와 횡방향의 가장자리를 따라 지붕널 스트립을 얹고; 지붕널 스트립을 지붕에 고정시키는 추가의 단계(이는 시트를 서로 겹치기 이전에 수행한다)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 길이가 일정한 제2의 고무시트에는 하나이상의 가장자리 부분에 열활성화 가능한 열가소성 접착스트립이 있고, 시트를 겹치는 단계는 제2의 고무시트의 접착스트립이 제1의 고무시트의 접착스트립과 겹치도록 길이가 일정한 제2의 고무시트를 제1의 고무시트에 겹치게 하는 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 열가소성 접착스트립이 에틸렌과 1-부텐의 공중합체(이는 ASTM D816, 공정 19에 따라서 측정한 바, 연화점이 약 105 내지 150℃이다)인 복합 막.
