Claims (6)

  1. 발광 인듐 오르토보레이트를 구비하는 발광 스크린이 제공된 음극선관에 있어서, 인듐 오르토보레이트는 3가의 크롬으로 활성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보레이트는 구조식 In1-PCrpBO3, 1×10-5≤P≤5×10-2로 규정된 합성물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 3×10-4≤P≤1×10-2인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 발광 스크린은 적어도 또 다른 발광 물질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  5. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 인듐 보레이트는 또한 3가의 유로품에 의해 활성되며 구조식 In1_p_qCrpEuqBO3, 3×10-4≤q≤1×10-1로 규정된 합성물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 인듐 보레이트는 또한 3가의 유로품에 의해 활성되며 구조식 In1_p_qCrpEuqBO3, 3×10-4≤q≤1×10-1로 규정된 합성물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
