Claims (11)
- 외부에 최소한 하나의 스페이서를 지니는 내측 튜브를 연속적으로 형성하고, 내측 튜브 주위에 동심으로 길이방향으로 삽입되는 박벽스트립을 오픈-시임 외측 튜브로 형성하며, 오픈-시임외측 튜브의 길이방향으로 중첩된 연부들을 고속으로 회전하는 휘일에 의해 가해지는 마찰열로 밀봉 밀폐하고, 상기 연부들의 밀폐전에 기포발생 플라스틱 혼합물을 스트립에 도포하여 그 혼합물이 오픈-시임 외측 튜브의 스트립 연부들의 밀폐후에 내측 튜브와 외측 튜브 사이의 환형 공간을 충전하는 단계들로 이루어지는 열절연 콘디트 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내측 튜브가 주름진 금속 튜브로 되는 상기 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜브가 동으로 만들어지는 상기방법.
