Claims (11)

  1. 외부에 최소한 하나의 스페이서를 지니는 내측 튜브를 연속적으로 형성하고, 내측 튜브 주위에 동심으로 길이방향으로 삽입되는 박벽스트립을 오픈-시임 외측 튜브로 형성하며, 오픈-시임외측 튜브의 길이방향으로 중첩된 연부들을 고속으로 회전하는 휘일에 의해 가해지는 마찰열로 밀봉 밀폐하고, 상기 연부들의 밀폐전에 기포발생 플라스틱 혼합물을 스트립에 도포하여 그 혼합물이 오픈-시임 외측 튜브의 스트립 연부들의 밀폐후에 내측 튜브와 외측 튜브 사이의 환형 공간을 충전하는 단계들로 이루어지는 열절연 콘디트 튜브의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내측 튜브가 주름진 금속 튜브로 되는 상기 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜브가 동으로 만들어지는 상기방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 튜브가 합금강으로 만들어지는 상기방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내측 튜브가 연질소둔 가공된 시임레스 인발 동 튜브로 되는 상기방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스트립이 양면에 코폴리머 피복된 알루미늄 박으로되는 상기방법.

  11. 외부에 최소한 하나의 스페이서를 지니는 내측튜브를 연속적으로 형성하고, 길이방향으로 삽입되는 박벽스트립을 내측튜브 주위에서 동심으로 되는 오픈-시임 외측 튜브로 형성하며, 오픈-시임 외측 튜브의 길이방향의 중첩되는 연부들을 고속으로 회전하는 휘일에 의해 가해지는 마찰열에 의하여 밀봉 밀폐하고, 상기 연부의 밀폐전에 기포발생 혼합물을 스트립에 도포하며 그 혼합물이 오픈-시임 외측튜브의 스트립 연부들의 밀폐후에 내측 튜브와 외측 튜브사이의 환형 공간을 충전하는 단계들로 이루어지는 방법으로 제조되는 열절연 콘디트튜브.
