Claims (26)
- (a) 무게비로 실란 약 0.1∼2.5부와 무게비로 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.1∼2.5부로 구성되는 매체를 통하여 금속성 필라멘트를 통과시키고, (b) 필라멘트상(上)의 물질을 고착시키기 위하여 금속성필라멘트를 건조시키는, 공정으로 구성되는 금속성필라멘트를 표면가공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 실란과 폴리(비닐 아세테이트)로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 실란으로 구성되는 최소한 한부와 폴리(비닐 아세테이트)로 구성되는 최소한 다른 한부로서 최소한 두개의 부로된 경우의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 무게비로 상기 실란 약 0.2∼1.2%와 무게비로 상기 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.2∼1.2%로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 무게비로 상기 실란 약 0.8%와 무게비로 상기 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.8%로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 기재 매체가 물인 경우의 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기재 매체인 물의 pH가 약 3.5-8사이의 범위인 경우의 방법.

- 중심섬유가 4항의 방법에 의해서 표면가공된 탄소섬유 또는 흑연섬유로 구성되는 경우의 금속피복필라멘트.
- 중심섬유가 5항의 방법에 의해서 표면가공된 탄소섬유 또는 흑연섬유로 구성되는 경우의 금속피복필라멘트.
