Claims (26)

  1. (a) 무게비로 실란 약 0.1∼2.5부와 무게비로 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.1∼2.5부로 구성되는 매체를 통하여 금속성 필라멘트를 통과시키고, (b) 필라멘트상(上)의 물질을 고착시키기 위하여 금속성필라멘트를 건조시키는, 공정으로 구성되는 금속성필라멘트를 표면가공하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 실란과 폴리(비닐 아세테이트)로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 실란으로 구성되는 최소한 한부와 폴리(비닐 아세테이트)로 구성되는 최소한 다른 한부로서 최소한 두개의 부로된 경우의 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 무게비로 상기 실란 약 0.2∼1.2%와 무게비로 상기 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.2∼1.2%로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 무게비로 상기 실란 약 0.8%와 무게비로 상기 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 약 0.8%로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 기재 매체가 물인 경우의 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기재 매체인 물의 pH가 약 3.5-8사이의 범위인 경우의 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 매체에서의 섬유의 체류시간이 최소한 약 0.5초인 경우의 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, (b) 단계가 높은 온도조건 하에서 실행되는 경우의 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 금속성 필라멘트의 표면에 커플링(coupling)결합을 하는 경우의 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 단계에 앞서 금속성 필라멘트가 금속산화물 표면을 가지는 경우의 방법.

  13. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 중심섬유가 탄소 또는 흑연으로 구성되는 금속 피복섬유로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 중심섬유가 아라미드섬유로 구성되는 금속 피복섬유로 구성되는 경우의 방법.
  15. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 표면 가공된 금속성 필라멘트.
  16. 제4항의 방법에 의하여 표면 가공된 금속성 필라멘트.
  17. 제5항의 방법에 의하여 표면 가공된 금속성 필라멘트.
  18. 중심섬유가 1항의 방법에 의해서 표면가공된 탄소섬유 또는 흑연섬유로 구성되는 경우의 금속피복필라멘트.
  19. 중심섬유가 4항의 방법에 의해서 표면가공된 탄소섬유 또는 흑연섬유로 구성되는 경우의 금속피복필라멘트.
  20. 중심섬유가 5항의 방법에 의해서 표면가공된 탄소섬유 또는 흑연섬유로 구성되는 경우의 금속피복필라멘트.
  21. 고분자 매트릭스내에 분산된 제18항의 금속성 필라멘트로 구성되는 조성물.
  22. 고분자 매트릭스내에 분산된 제19항의 금속성 필라멘트로 구성되는 조성물.
  23. 고분자 매트릭스내에 분산된 제20항의 금속성 필라멘트로 구성되는 조성물.
