Claims (3)

  1. 예정된 개시 마이크로 어드레스를 갖는 각 마이크로 루틴을 수행하므로써 다수 명령이 각각의 수행을 처리기에 의해 제어하는 마이크로 머신을 구비하되, 처리기에 의해 수행될시에, 마이크로 머신에 대한 다음의 마이크로 어드레스를 선택적으로 제공하는 하나의 명령어를 포함하는 마이크로 코드된 데이타 처리기에 있어서, 상기 각 마이크로 루틴의 개시 마이크로 어드레스와 다른 개시마이크로 어드레스를 갖는 처리기내의 특정 마이크로 루틴을 제공하는 단계를 구비하며, 그로 인하여 상기 특정 마이크로 루틴은 상기 하나의 명령어의 처리기에 의한 수행에 응답할때만 마이크로 머신에 의해 수행되어, 상기 특정 마이크로 루틴의 개시 마이크로 어드레스를 제공하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 코드된 데이타 처리기의 테스트 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 특정 마이크로 루틴은 마이크로 머신이 특정마이크로 루틴을 수행하는데에 응답하는 처리기 회로의 부분의 기능을 테스트하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 코드된 데이타 처리기의 테스트 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 특정 마이크로 루틴은 마이크로 머신이 특정마이크로 루틴을 수행하는데에 응답하는 상기 테스트 결과를 나타내는 출력 신호를 제공하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 코드된 데이타처리기의 테스트 방법.
