제2도는 본 발명에 의한 감열기록 헤드를 도시한 평면도.
제3도는 발열체 구동회로를 도시한 회로도.

Claims (6)

  1. 기판과, 이 기판위에 마련된 발열 저항체들과, 기판위에 마련된 상기 발열 저항체들을 구동하는 구동소자와, 상기 구동소자에 가까워지는데에 따라 폭내에 납입하고, 또 상기 구동소자의 하부의 장소에 도달하도록 배치된 상기 발열 저항체와, 상기 구동소자를 연결하는 인출배선으로 된 감열 기록헤드.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인출배선들은 상기 구동소자에 가까워지는데 따라, 상기 구동소자의 폭내에 납입되도록 선폭이 좁고 배선밀도도 크게 되고 또한 구동소자의 하부장소에 위치하는 부분은 구동소자의 접속단자에 가까워지는데 따라 선폭이 굵게되도록 구성되는 감열 기록헤드.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동소자는 상기 인출 배선과 페이스다운 접속되는 감열 기록헤드.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구동소자는 상기 인출배선과 콘트롤드 코라푸스 본딩에 의해서 페이스 다운 접속되는 감열 기록 헤드.
  5. 기판과, 이 기판위에 마련된 발열 저항체와, 기판위에 마련된 상기 발열 저항체를 구동하는 구동소자와 상기 구동소자에 가까워지는데 따라 그의 폭내에 납입되고, 또한 상기 구동소자의 하부장소에 도달하도록 배치되고, 또한 구동소자의 하부장소에 위치하는 부분은 구동소자의 접속단자에 가까워지는데 따라 굵게되도록 구성된 상기 발열저항체와, 상기 구동소자를 연결하는 인출배선으로 되고 상기 구동소자와 상기 인출배선은 페이스다운 접속되어 있는 감열기록 헤드.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동소자와 상기 인출배선과는 콘트롤드 코라푸스본딩에 의해서 접속되어 있는 감열기록 헤드.
