Claims (10)
- 축합제로서 카르보디이미드를 사용하여 디카르복실산과 디아민을 중축합시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중축합 반응이 용액 중축합반응임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용액 중축합 반응을 비양자성 극성 용매하에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보디이미드로부터 생성된 우레아가 산성수에 녹지 않은 카르보디이미드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보이이미드로부터 생성된 우레아가 산성수에 녹는 카르보이이미드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이카르복실산이 방향족 디카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 하기 일반식의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.식중, X는 (m+2)가이고, C6-20카르보고리기, C3-20헤테로고리기, C2-20알킬기 또는 C2-20알케닐기이고; Y는 -OR 또는 -NRR′이고, R 및 R′는 각각 C5-20카르보고리기, C1-20헤테로고리기, C1-20탄화수소기 또는 -OW(W는 C1-12탄화수소기)로 된 기에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기를 갖는 C1-20탄화수소기의 치환기, C2-12아실기, C2-12아실옥시기, C2-12아실아미노기, C2-12디알킬아미노기, -SW(W는 상기와 같다), C2-12아실티오기 및 실리콘 원자 하나 이상을 갖는 C3-12기이고; m은 1 또는 2이고; -COY는 -COOH기에 대하여 오르토, 페리, β 및 γ 위치중의 임의 위치에 결합가능하다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 하나 이상의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디아민이 방향족 디아민임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디아민이 하나 이상의 실리콘원자를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
