Claims (1)
- 반도체 레이저 소자와, 이 반도체 레이저 소자에서의 레이저 비임이 입사시켜지는 회절격자와, 이 회절격자에서 출사한 0차 비임 및 ±1차 비임이 통과시켜지는 비임스프리터와, 이 비임스프리터에서 출사한 0차 비임 및 ±1차 비임이 집속시켜져서 광학식 기록매체에 입사시켜지는 대물렌즈와, 상기 광학식 기록매체에 의해, 반사 시켜진 0차 비임 및 ±1차 비임이 상기 대물렌즈를 통과하여, 또다시 상기 비임스프리터의 반대면에서 반사한후, 입사시켜지는 광검출기를 갖어, 이 광검출기에서 상기 ±1차 비임에 대응하는 한쌍의 광검출 출력을 얻어, 이 한쌍의 광검출 출력의 차에 따라서 상기 0차 비임의 상기 광학식 기록매체상의 트랙킹 상태에 따른 트랙킹 오차 신호를 얻도록한 광학식 헤드의 트랙킹 오차검출 장치에 있어서, 상기 광학식 기록매체에서 반사하여, 상기 대물렌즈, 상기 비임스프리터 및 상기 회절격자를 통과하여 상기 반도체레이저 소자로 향하는 중심비임 및 그 양쪽의 양쪽 비임중 이 양쪽비임이, 상기 반도체 레이저 소자의 레이저 비임을 출사단면에 입사하지 않도록, 상기 반도체 레이저 소자의 레이저 비임 출사 단면의 형상을 선정하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 헤드의 트랙킹 오차검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
