Claims (1)
- 반도체 레이저 소자와, 이 반도체 레이저 소자에서의 레이저 비임이 입사시켜지는 회절격자와, 이 회절격자에서 출사한 0차비임 및 ±1차비임이 통과시켜지는 비임 스프리터와, 이 비임스프리터에서 출사한 0차 비임 및 ±1차비임이 집속시켜져서 광학시 기록매체에 입사시켜지는 대물렌즈와, 상기 광학식 기록매체에 의해 반사시켜진 0차 비임 및 ±1차비임이 상기 대물렌즈를 통과하여, 또 다른 상기 비임스프리터의 반사면에서 반사한 후, 입사시켜지는 광검출기를 갖어, 이 광검출기에서 상기 ±1차비임에 대응한 한쌍의 광검출 출력을 얻어 이 한쌍의 광검출 출력의 차에 다라 상기 0차비임의 상기 광학식 기록매체상의 트랙킹상태에 따른 트랙킹 오차 신호를 얻도록한 광학식 헤드의 트랙킹 오차 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 광학식 기록매체에서 반사하여, 상기 대물렌즈, 상기 비임 스프리터 및 상기 회절격자를 통과하여 상기 반도체레이저 소자로 향하는 중심비임 및 그 양쪽의 양쪽비임중 이 양쪽비임이, 상기 반도체 레이저 소자의 레이저비임 출사단면에 입사하지 않도록, 상기 반도체 레이저 소자의 레이저 비임 출사 단면측에 빛을 산란 또는 흡수하는 광차폐체를 설치하여 이루지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 헤드의 트랙킹 오차 검출장치.
