Claims (10)

  1. 디히드로피리딘 1중량부, 평균 분자량이 15,000내지 50,000인 PVP 1.5중량부, 가교시킨 불용성 PVPP 1 12중량부 및 필요에 따라서 기타 보조제를 함유하고, 시험용매를 함유하지 아니하고, 유효 화합물함량의 최대표준 편차가 1.5%인 흡수가 빠른 고상 약제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, PVP 0.05내지 1.5중량부와 PVPP 2내지 8중량부를 함유하는 고상 약제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, PVP 0.1내지 1중량부와 PVPP2내지 6중량부를 함유하는 고상 약제.
  4. 제1내지 3항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디히드로피리딘을 함유하는 고상 약제.
    〔상기 식중, R은 니트로,염소,CF3,OCHF2및 =NO=N=으로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 치환체에 의하여 치환된 페닐기이고, R1및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 것으로서, 이들 각각은 알콕시기(탄소원자수 1내지 4개), 불소, 염소, 또는 N- 메틸-N-벤질기에의해 임의로 치환된 알킬기(탄소 원자수 1내지 10개)이고, R2및 R3는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 것으로서, 이들 각각은 히드록시기에 의해 임의로 치환된 알킬기(탄소원자수 1내지 4개)이거나 또는 시아노기임〕.
  5. 제1 내지 4항에 있어서, 니페디핀, 니모디핀, 니트렌디핀, 니솔디핀, 니카르디핀 및 펠로디핀으로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 디히드로피리딘을 함유하는 고상 약제.
  6. 제1 내지 5항에 있어서, 습윤제 및 윤활제를 함유하는 고상약제.
  7. 제1 내지 6항에 있어서, 과립제, 분말제, 정제 또는 당의정 형태의 고상약제.
  8. 디히드로피리딘 1 중량부와 PVP 0.01내지 1.5중량부를 이에 대응하는 양의 유기용매중에 용해시킨후, 이용액 PVP1 내지 12중량부를 첨가해서 조립시키고, 생성된 과립을, 필요에 따라서, 추가 보조제 를 첨가한 후 추가 처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 의한 고상 약제의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유기 용매로서 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 염화메틸렌 또는 클로로포름 또는 이 용매들의 혼합물들을 디히드로피리딘에 기준해서 6내지 50중량부의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1내지 7항에 있어서, 제제물당 1회 복용량으로 5내지 70mg의 디히드로피리딘을 함유하는 고상약제.
