Claims (15)

  1. 수지로 함침시킨 절연된 가늘고 긴 전도체의 코일로 구성된 전기 제품에 있어서, 상기 수지가 최소한 약 15%가 1.2-폴리부타디엔인 폴리부타디엔; 디사이클로펜타디엔 아크릴레이트 10 내지 150phr; 자유라디칼 중합 억제제 0.005 내지 0.75phr; 자유 라디칼 중합 개시제 0.05 내지 2.5phr; 및 결합제 최소 2.0phr로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 전기제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 비닐 그룹이 1 내지 2인 방향족 단량체 1내지 80phr을 포함함을 특징으로 한 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 단량체가 비닐 톨루엔임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 절연된 가늘고 긴 전도체의 코일이 모터 또는 발전기 와인딩임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 자유라디칼 중합 억제제가 3급-부틸 하이드로퀴논임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 중합 개시제가 디큐밀퍼옥사이드임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 결합제가 실란임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 실란이 비닐-트리스(베타메톡시에톡시)실란임을 특징으로 한 제품.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 수지를 절연된 가늘고 긴 전도체의 코일의 틈새기로 감압함침시킨 다음 경화 시킴을 특징으로 한 제품.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 가늘고 긴 전도체를 개별적으로 그리고 집합적으로 절연시킴을 특징으로 한 제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 절연체가 폴리부타디엔 결합제를 지닌 운모로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리 부타디엔 결합제가 최소한 15%가 1.2-폴리부타디엔인 폴리부타디엔; 디사이클로펜타디엔 아크릴레이트 10 내지 150phr; 자유라디칼 중합 억제제 0.005 내지 0.75phr; 자유 라디칼 중합 개시제 0.05 내지 2.phr; 및 결합제 최고 2.0phr 로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 제품.
  13. 절연선 코일을 부분적으로 감압시키고; 상기 코일을 최소한 15%가 1.2-폴리부타디엔인 폴리부타디엔, 디사이클로펜타디엔 10 내지 150phr, 자유 라디칼 중합억제제 0.005 내지 0.75phr, 자유 라디칼 중합개시제 0.05 내지 2.5phr, 및 결합제 최고 2.0phr로 이루어진 수지에 함침시키고; 상기 수지가 코일의 스며들도록 틈새기내로 상기 수지에 압력을 가하며; 그리고 상기 수지를 2 내지 16시간동안 100내지 180℃의 온도로 가열시켜 경화시킴을 특징으로 한 절연코일의 감압함침법.
  14. 최소한 15%가 1.2-폴리부타디엔인 폴리부타디엔; 디사이클로펜타디엔 아크릴레이트 10 내지 150phr; 자유 라디칼 중합 억제제 0.005 내지 0.75phr; 자유 라디칼 중합 개시제 0.05내지 2.5phr; 및 결합제 최고 2.0phr 로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 조성물.
