Claims (10)

  1. 유효량의 고분자량 수-용성 중합결합체, 유기 계면활성제, 그리고 및을 본질적으로 함유하는 가공촉진 결정계를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말로부터 먼지없는 펠릿의 생산방법.
  2. 상기 1항에 있어서, 중합 결합제가 부분적으로 가수분해된 폴리비닐알콜, 전체적으로 가수분해된 폴리비닐알콜, 알킬셀룰로오스 유도체 및 하이드록시알킬셀룰로오스 유도체로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  3. 상기 1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 알콜 또는 산 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  4. 상기 1항에서 3항에 있어서, 분말 화학 첨가물이 N-옥시에틸렌티오닐카르바밀-N'-옥시디에틸렌술펜아미드, N-t-부틸-2-벤조티아졸 술펜아미드 2-메르캡토벤조티아졸 술펜아미드, 그리고 N-옥시디에틸렌-2-벤조티아졸 술펜아미드로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되며, 그리고 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레일 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌 스테아레이트임을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  5. 상기 1항에 있어서, 펠릿이 스크루우 압출에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로하는 상기의 방법.
  6. 상기 5항에 있어서, 펠릿의 크기범위가 직경에서 약 0.5내지 약 2mm이고 길이에서는 약 2내지 약 4mm이며; 그리고 펠릿이 약 1내지 약 40그램/mm 범위인 펠릿분쇄강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 상기의 방법.
  7. 펠릿제품이 하나 또는 그 이상의 유기 고무화학제, 고분자량의 수-용성 중합결합제, 그리고 유기 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 펠릿제품.
  8. 상기 7항에 있어서, 중합결합제는 부분적으로 가수분해된 폴리비닐 알콜, 전체적으로 가수분해된 폴리비닐 알콜, 알킬 셀룰로오스 유도제, 그리고 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로오스유도체로부터 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 상기의 펠릿제품.
  9. 상기 7항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 알콜 또는 산 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 상기의 펠릿제품.
  10. 상기 7에서 9항에 있어서, 유기고무화학제가 N-옥시디에틸렌티오카르바밀-N'-옥시디에틸렌술펜아미드, N-t-부틸-2-벤조티아졸 술펜아미드, 2-메르캡토벤조티아졸 디술파이드, 그리고 N-옥시디에티렌-2-벤조티아졸 술펜아미드로구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며; 그리고 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레일 에테르 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌 스테아레이트임을 특징으로하는 상기의 펠릿제품.
