Claims (9)

  1. 열료분사 펌프를 제어하는 랙(18)과, 하나 이상의 가변 용량 유압펌프(24)를 갖고 있으며, 내연 기관(16)을 제어하는 장치(10)에 있어서, 상기 가변 용량 유압펌프(24)의 유압 유체의 요구에 응답하여 제1신호를 전달하는 제1수단(39)와, 상기 제1신호를 수신하고 상기 제1신호의 크기에 응답하여 적정 엔진 속도 신호를 전달하는 제어수단(38)과, 상기적정 엔진 속도 신호를 수신하고 상기 걱정 엔진 속도 신호의 크기에 응답하는 신호로 전달하는 연료제어 수단과, 상기 신호를 수신하고 상기 신호의 크기에 따라 상기 내연기관(16)으로 공급되는 연료를 제어하는 랙 작동기 수단(22)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적정 엔진 속도 신호가 다수의 대응된 범위중의 하나 내에 있는 상기 제1신호에 응답하여 다수의 선정된 수준의 하나로 조절자재하게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적정엔진 속도 신호가 선정된 시간에서의 제1선정된 크기 보다 작은 상기 제1신호에 응답하는 제1선정된 수준인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적정엔진속도가 제2선정된 크기 보다 작은 상기 제1신호에 응답하는 제2선정된 수준인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 상기 적정 엔진 속도 신호가 상기 제2선정된 크기보다 큰 상기 제1신호에 응답하여 상기 제1신호에 직접 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4상에 있어서, 상기 제2선정된 수준이 다수의 분리된 수준에 대해 조절자재한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 랙 작동기 수단이 상기 제어신호의 기간에 응답하여 분사되는 연료의 양을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관(16)의 실제 회전 속도를 감지하고 상기 실제 속도에 응답하는 제2신호를 전달하는 제2수단(46)을 포함하고, 상기 연료 제어 수단(34)는 상기 실제 엔진 속도 신호와 적정 엔진 속도를 수신하여 상기 실제 및 직접 엔진 속도를 비교하고, 상기 적정 속도신호 보다는 작은상기 실제 속도 신호에 응답하여 랙 제어신호를 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
