Claims (4)

  1. 전환율이 40 내지 50%인 분말상 생성물을 출구에서 생산하기 위하여 작동하는 예비반응 또는 예비혼합 장치에 황산과 형석을 공급한 후(a), 약 80 내지 350°C에서 작동하는 회전오븐에 20 내지 120°C의 온도로 상기의 분말상 생성물을 도입하여 플루오르산과 황산칼슘을 형성함과 동시에 (b), 오븐중에서 반응생성물을 재순환시켜 오븐에 공급되는 분말상 생성물에 함유된 플루오르화 칼슘 단위 몰당 황산칼슘 3 내지 3.5 몰이 재순환(c)됨을 특징으로하는 형석과 황산을 반응시켜 플루오르산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 80내지 120°C의 온도로 예열된 황산과 형석을 예비 반응기에 공급하여, 예비 반응기중의 평균 잔류 시간은 8 내지 15분, 단계(a)를 수행시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예열되거나, 예열되지 않은 형석과 황산 및 초기에 도입되는 플루오르화 칼슘 단위 몰당 약 0.7 내지 1몰의 황산칼슘의 비율로 황산칼슘을 예비 배합기에 공급하여 단계(a)를 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 회전 오븐중에서 생성물의 평균 잔류 시간이 60내지 150분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
