제1도는 아미노아릴 또는 아미노알킬 β-설페이토에틸 설폰을 연속 제조하는 생산흐름도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)

1:1 내지 1:1.15몰비의 β-하이드록시에틸 설폰과 황산의 혼합물을 재순환 및 기계적 교반에 의해 생성된 최종 생성물의 유도 층에 공급하여 100 내지 200℃, 바람직하게는 130 내지 180℃에서 반응시키는, 120℃ 이상의 온도에서 상응하는 β-하이드록시에틸 설폰과 황산의 반응에 의해 아미노아릴 또는 아미노알킬 β-설페이토에틸 설폰을 연속 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 최종 생성물의 10 내지 50%를 유동층으로 재순환시키는 방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물의 반응이 50 내지 150mbar의 압력하에서 일어나는 방법.
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물의 반응이 15 내지 300분의 평균 체류시간에서 일어나는 방법.
