1 : 시이트, 2 : 비이드형 재료, 3 : 제2열경화성 보강용 수지시이트, 4 : 보강할 부재의 표면, 5 : 보강재료, 6 : 외부패널, 1a : 표면, 1b : 비이드형 돌출부, 1c : 외부층, 1d : 내부층, 6a : 뒷면.
Claims (9)
- 경화되지 않은 상태 또는 반경화된 상태의 보강재료를 지니는 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트와 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트 위에 제공되는 비이드형 재료로 구성되며 상기 비이드형 재료는 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트보다 좁고 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트를 경화시키기 전에는 비이드형 돌출부를 형성하고 상기비이드형 재료는 그 허공속에 보유제를 담는 탄성기포체를 평편하게 하여서 제조되는 평편한 재료이며 편평한 형상은 보유제에 의해서 유지되며 상기 비이드형 재료는 가열되면 최초의 기포형을 회복할 수 있는 보강용 접착시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 보강용 수지는 제1의 열경화성 보강용 수지와 제2의 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트로 구성되며 비이드형 재료는 제1및 2의 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트 사이에 삽입되는 시이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열되어 경화된 후에 제1의 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트의 인장율은 제2의 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트보다 크고 가열되어 경화된 후의 제1의 열경화성 보강용 수지의 유리전이 온도는 제2의 열경화성 보강용 수지시이트 보다 큰 시이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 제2의 열경화성 수지시이트가 전기적 도전시이트인 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보유제가 40 내지 140℃ 범위의 융점 또는 연화점을 지니는 보강용 접착시이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 보유제가 에폭시수지, 페놀수지. 폴리에스터수지의 그룹중에서 선택된 열경화성 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드 및 폴리부티랄의 그룹중에서 선택된 열가소성 수지인 보강용 접착시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보유제가 탄성기포체와 보유제의 총양을 기준으로 한 약 25내지 75wt%의 양으로 기포체속에 존재하는 보강용 시이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 보유제가 탄성기포체와 보유제의 총양을 기준으로 한 약 25내지 75wt%의 양으로 기포체속에 존재하는 보강용 시이트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 보유제가 탄성기포체와 보유제의 총양을 기준으로 한 약 25 내지 75wt%의 양으로 기포체속에 존재하는 보강용 시이트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
