제6도는 본 발명의 새로운 핀을 제작하기 위해 사용되며 탄소강판위에 스테인레스 강판을 클래딩함에 의해 형성되는 복합판의 정면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 다수의 긴 핀(68)을 갖는 캐스크 기부요소(60)를 포함하며 폐기 핵연료를 저장하기 위한 캐스크(58)에 있어서, 각각의 핀은 한쌍의측면(70, 74)을 금속요소(84)를 포함하며, 상기 한쌍의 측면(70,74)은 휘어진 정부(78)에서 결합되며 또한 상기 캐스크 기부요소의 주변에 부착된 간격진 연부(72,76)를 가지고있는것과, 보호 금속층(86)은 정부와 최소한 각 측면의 일부에서 금속 요소에 결합되어 있는 것과, 각 핀의 측면 사이에는 중성자를 흡수하기 위해 중성자 흡수 물질(100)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기연료 저장 캐스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호 금속층은 금속 요소에 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스크.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 보호 금촉층은 스테인레스 강이며, 금속 요소는 탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스크.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 단부판(106)이 핀의 측면 사이에서 각핀의 단부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스크.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중성자 흡수 물질은 핀의 측면 사이에 주입되는 캐스크 액체로 내부에서 경화되는 수지성 물질을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스크.
