Claims (12)

  1. 일반적으로 유사한 단량체 성분의 미가교된 조성물용 용매에 넣었을 때 겔을 형성하며, 팽윤인자가 최소한 20이고, 가교 계수가 0.8 내지 2.5이며, 중함체 유리전이온도 이상의 온도까지 가열할 시 주위온도에서 최초부피의 최소한 40배 까지 팽창할 수 있고, 불활성가스내에서 24시간 동안 최소한 3기압의 압력으로 가압시킬 때 최초 부피의 최소한 40배 까지 팽창시키기 위해 이용한 조건을 적용시키면 2배 팽창 할 수 있는 입자를 제조하고; 입자를 팽창시킨 다음; 폐쇄된 몰드내에 입자를 넣고; 입자의 제 2팽창을 야기시키기에 충분하고 인접 입자들이 서로 용융되어 내열붕괴성과 탈력을 지닌단일체 향성을 야기시키기에 충분한 온도로 입자를 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여, 함성수지 상입자의 수회팽창에 의해 밀도가 3.2 내지 24㎏/㎥인 탄력을 지닌 응집성 셀룰과 열가소성 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체의 밀도가 3.2 내지 12㎏/㎥인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 팽윤인자가 20 내지 35인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 입자내에 휘발성 플루오로 카본 발포제가 들어 있는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 발포제가 플루오로카본의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 발포제가 디클로로디플루오로 메탄과 분자내 탄소수가 4 내지 5인 포화 탄화수소의 혼합물로 이루어진 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 가교계수가 1 내지 2.25인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 동일한 조건하에서 가교제없이 제조한 중함체 입자의 중량 평균 분자량이 몰당 150,000 내지 600,000g인 방법.
  9. 입자를 중함체의 유리 전이온도보다 20 내지 60℃ 높은 온도까지 가열하여 입자가 다수의 밀폐된가스 함유 셀을 형성할 수 있도록 하고; 팽창된 입자를 셀 내부에 포함된 휘발성 유체 발포제보다 높은 속도로써 가스 함유 셀의 벽을 통해확산할 수 있는 불활성 가스에 노출시키고; 입자를 중함체의 유리 전이 온도보다 높은 온도로 가열하여 팽창된 입자의 부피를 입자를 불활성 가스에 노출시키기전의 입자부피의 최소한 2배 까지 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 탄력을 지닌 발포 입자의 제조방법.
  10. 일반적으로 유사한 단량체 성분의 미가교된 조성물용 용매에 넣었을 때 겔을 형성하며, 팽윤인자가 최소한 20이고, 가교 계수 0.8 내지 2.5이며, 중합체 유리전이온도 이상의 온도까지 가열할 시 주위온도에서 최초 부피의 최소한 40배까지 팽창할 수 있고, 불활성 가스내에서 24시간 동안 최소한 3기압의 압력으로 가압시킬 때 최초부피의 최소한 40배 까지 팽창시키기 위해 이용한 조건을 적용시키면 2배 팽창할 수 있는 열팽창성 합성수지상입자.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 스티렌과 디비닐벤젠의 공중합체로 이루어져 있으며, 주위온도에서 톨루엔에 넣었을 때 겔을 형성하며, 미팽윤 입자에 대한 팽윤된 겔무게의 비가 20내지 35이며, 플루오로카본, 탄화수소 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 휘발성 유기 발포제를 함유하고 있으며, 130℃의 온도에서 미발포부피의 최소한 40배 까지 팽창할 수 있고, 24시간 동안 최소한 3기압의 공기로 가압시키고 130℃의 온도까지 가열시키면 2배 팽창할 수 있는 열 팽창성 입자.
