Claims (6)

  1. 3내지 15중량부의 취출제와 0.5내지 5중량부의 취출보조제와의 혼합물을 유동상태의 폴리올레핀입자 100중량부에 가하고, 입자가 포리올레핀수지와 이들에 화학적으로 결합된 비닐아로메틱 수지로 구성되어 있으며 상기에서 취출제가 액상이 아닌 기체상으로 입자에 존재하도록 하기 위해 적가를 거의 무수 상태하에서 수행함을 특징으로 발포성 폴리올레핀 입자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매체중에서 20내지 70중량%의 폴리올레핀 수지와 80내지 30중량%의 비닐-아로메틱 단량체를 중합하여 폴리올레핀 입자를 제조하는 방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지가 에틸렌호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 수지인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐아로메틱 수지가 폴리스틸렌인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 취출제 및 취출보조제와 폴리올레핀입자와의 혼합물을 적가단계 동안 상용의 온도 내지 70℃의 온도로 유지하는 방법.
  6. 발포성 폴리올레핀 입자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지와 이들에 화학적으로 결합된 비닐아로메틱 수지로 구성되어 있는 100중량부의 폴리올레핀 입자를 베셀에 가하고, 폴리올레핀 입자가 유동상태로 있도록 하기 위해 폴리올레핀을 이동시키고, 유동상태를 유지하면서 폴리올레핀 입자를 3내지15 중량부의 취출제와 0.5내지 5중량부의 취출보조제와의 무수 혼합물과 접촉시키고, 이것에 의해 폴리올레핀 입자와, 기체상으로 있는 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 발포성 폴리올레핀 입자를 제공하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
