제 1 도 내지 3도는서로 다른 3가지 유동속도비(R)에 대하여 발표체 밀도(D)와 폴리스틸렌 : 에틸렌의 비를 나타낸 도이다.
제 9 도는 상용품 폴리스틸렌발포체, 상용품 폴리에틸렌 발포제와 본 명발 폴리에틸렌/폴리스틸렌 혼합발포제의 압축응력 및 압축 변형을 사이의 관계를 나타낸 도이다.
Claims (7)
- 밀도 D가 10에서 40㎏/㎥이고, 25퍼센트 압축강도 F가 ㎏/㎡단위로 일반식 0.024 D1.15F0.013D 1.15로 정의되며, JIS 6767에 의한 측정으로 90퍼센트 또는 그 이상의 압축 회복력을 갖으며, ASTM D593에 의한 측정으로 10퍼센트보다 크지 않는 한도내에서 부되 변화를 갖는 톨루엔 내용매성을 갖으며, 0.915에서 0.930g/㎤밀도를 갖고 0.2-2.6mg/10분의 용융지수를 갖는 에칠렌계 중합체 수지와 1.4-18gm/10분의 용융유통 지수를 갖는 스티렌 중합체 수지로 이루어진 일반식 7R90, 10Y394.7+1.18R-294.1log(D)를 총족시킬 수 있는 동형 혼합물로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄-셀 중합체발포제.상기 일반식에서R는 스티린 중합체 수지의 용융유동지수를 에틸렌 중합체수지 용융지수로 나눈 것이며,Y는 에틸렌 중합체수지 100부당 스티렌 중합체수지의 무게이며,D는 에틸렌 ㎏/㎥ 단위로 에틸렌 중합체 스티렌계 중합체 발포의 혼합물의 밀도를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에칠렌계 중합체 수지가 지밀도 폴리에칠렌인 중합체 발포체
- 제항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체 수지가 폴리스티렌인 중합체 발포체
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄셀이 적어도 전체의 90부피 퍼센트인 중합체 발포체
- 제1항에 잇어서 24시간 동안 0.1㎏/㎡ 하중에서 JIS K6767로 측정하였을 때 크리이프 값이 6퍼센트 또는 그 이하의 값을 갖는 중합체 혼합발포체
- 제1항에 있어서(1) 에틸렌 중합체 수지의 밀도가 0.915에서 0.930g/㎥이며 0.2-2.6g/10분의 용융지수를 가지며(2) 1.4-1.8g/10분의 용융 유동지수를 갖는 스틸렌계중합체 수지와.(3) ASTM D-1133에 의해서 15에서 22의 카우리-부탄을 갖는 휘발성 유기 발포를 높은 온도와 압력하에도 혼합시킨후 일반식 7R90, 10Y394.7+1.18R-294.1lay(D)를 충족하는 이 혼합물은 발포시키에 적합한 온도로 냉각시킨 다음 이 혼합물을 폐쇄셀 중합체 발포체로 압출시키는 방법.상기 일반식에서R는 스틸렌 중합체 수지의 용융 유동 지수 에틸렌계 중합체 용융지수로 나눈 값이며Y는 에틸렌 중합체 수지의 100부에 대한 스틸렌 중합체의 무게이며D는 ㎏/㎥의 단위에서 혼합돈 에틸렌 중합체스틸렌 중합체 발포체의 밀도이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 발포제로서 혼합된 폴리에칠렌-폴리스티렌 수지의 100부에 대한 디 클로로 디 플루오로 메탄의 15에서 35를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
