제 1도는 본 발명에 의한 제1부재가 구동차륜에 동력전달 창치를 연결하는 구동축의 내외축단부에서 일정속도 유니버설 조인트를 구비하고 있는 적어도 두개의 현가부재로 된 독립된 차륜의 현가장치를 지니는 차량의 개략도. 제2도는 제1도의 독립된 차륜현 가장치의 개략평면도. 제3 도는 본 발명의 독립된 차륜현가장치와 함께 사용하기에 적합한 형태로 내외측조인트 부재사이에 케이지가 있는 종래의 한 일정속도 유니버설 조인트에 대한 부분단면한 정면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 제1 및 제2 현가부재를 구비하고, 구동토크에 반응하여 구동표면위에서 차륜장치를 회전시키고 측방향으로 위치한 차륜 장치에 구동토크를 제공하기에 적합한 샤시 지지장치에 설치된 동력공급장치와 샤시지지 장치에 의해 지지되는 샤시를 지니는 차량용 독립된 차륜 현가장치에 있어서, 내향 일정속도 조인트를 한 카플링이 구비하고, 제1의 축에 대하여 카플링사이에서 굴절이 가능한 부분구형 표면을 지닌 내외 측조인트 부재를 구비하고, 그 내외측 조인트부재의 부분구형 표면은 축방향 주력부하를 전달하기에 적합하고 조인트축을 따라 그 안에서 각 방향으로 분포되게 형성된 대향 그루우브셋트를 지니며, 그 대향그루우브셋트는 굴절중 그 그루우브를 따라 축방향으로 이동하고 그 사이에서 구동토크를 전달하기에 적합한 토크 전달볼에 의해 결속되며, 내향 일정속도 조인트의 내외측조인트 부재중 하나가 각각 동력전달장치 및 차륜장치의 하나에 연결되는 제1 및 제2카플링과, 토크전달볼에 의해 전달되는 구동토크와 내외측 조인트 부재의 부분구형 표면사이에 전달되는 축방향 추력부하를 제1 및 제2 카플링사이에서 전달시키도록 내외축 조인트 부재의 다른 하나와 제1 및 제2 카플링의 다른 한 카플링에 연결된 구동측 장치와, 제2 현가부재에 포함되고 차륜장치에 연결된 차륜단부와 샤시지지장치에 연결된 프레임단부를 지니는 현가조절 아암과, 제1및 제2 현가부재가 선회축에 대하여 내향 일정속도 조인트에서 차륜장치를 선회하게 하도록 프레임단부와 굴절축을 통하는 선회축을 구비하게된 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 축방향 추력부하가 내향 일정속도 조인트 내에 발생된 내부 발생부분과 그외부분 발생된 외부발생 부분을 포함하며, 그 내부발생 부분이 조인트 굴절과 구동트크의 적어도 하나의 반응하여 발생되고 외부 발생부분은 구동표면에 대하여 상대적으로 차륜 장치의 회전에 반응하여 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내향 일정속도 조인트가 구동축 장치에 고정되고 내외측 조인트 부재의 부분구형 표면사이에 중첩되고 상·하부 부분구형 케이지 표면과 관통하는 볼 구멍을 지니는 케이지 장치를 포함하고 있어서 내외측 조인트 부재사이에 축방향 추력부하를 전달하면서 그 조인트측을 관통하는 동일운동 평면내에 볼을 안내하도록 조인트 굴절중에 케이지 장치가 작동하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 내외부 부분구형 케이지 표면이 제1 및 제2 대향축방향을 각각 볼 구멍에서 연장하는 제1 및 제2 외향부분을 포함하며, 축방향 추력부하를 전달하는 동안높은 토크부하하에서 극단적인 굴절시 축방향으로 볼을 유지시키기에 충분한 강도를 제1 및 제2 외향부분이 지니며, 축방향 추력부하가 제1 및 제2 외향 부분중 그 하나의 상하부분 구형 케이지 표면중 하나에 의해서 그 부분 구형 내외 조인트부재의 하나로 부터 제1 및 제2 외향부분의 다른 하나의 상하 부분 구형 케이지 표면의 다른 하나 쪽으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜 현가장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 축방향 추력부하는 300파운드를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  6. 제1항에 잇어서, 동력전달 장치가 차동기어장치와 트랜스 액슬장치중 어느하나를 포함하고 제1 및 제2 카플링중 다른 하나가 외향 일정속도 조인트중 하나가 고정된 조인트를 포함하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜현가장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 내외향 일정속도 조인트중 하나가 고정된 조인트를 포함하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜현가장치.
  8. 구동차륜과, 동력전달 장치와 축방향 이동을 금지하도록 동력전달장치에 고정설치된 내향 일정속도 조인트와, 축방향 이동을 금지하도록 구동차륜에 고정설치된 외향 일정속도 조인트와, 축방향 이동을 금지하도록 내외향 일정속도 조인트를 연결하는 구동축을 구비하고 있어서 내외향 일정속도 조인트와 구동축이 구동차륜과 동력 전달장치에 대하여 축방향으로 고정되게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜 현가장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 내외향 일정속도 조인트가 내외측 조인트 부재의 내외측 부분구형 표면사이에 중첩된 케이지 장치를 포함하며 축방향으로 구동축에 고정되며, 그 케이지 장치가 내외측 부분구형 케이지 표면과 관통하는 볼구멍을 지니고 있어서, 내외측조인트 부재사이에 축방향 추력부하를 전달하는 동안 조인트축을 통한 동일 운동평면내에 그 볼을 양쪽으로 안내되게 구속하도록 케이지장치가 조인트 굴절중작동하게된 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 축방향 추력부하가 300파운드를 초과하고 내부발생부분과 외부발생부분을 포함하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
  11. 엔진으로부터 차동장치를 거쳐 차량 구동차륜에까지 구동표면과 접촉하여 토크를 전달하기 위한 동력 전달장치를 지니는 차량용 독립된 차륜현가장치에 있어서, 차량에 대하여 이동을 허용하도록 제1회전축을 지니는 차량에 장착된 횡단지지 장치와, 상호작동하기 위하여 제1 회전축에 대하여 기설정된 위치에 위치한 제2회전축과, 제2회전축에 대하여 차량이 구동표면에 대하여 변위된 때 차동장치가 제1 및 제2회전축에 대하여 선회하도록 횡단지지 장치에 차동장치를 설치하기 위한 창치를 포함하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 독립된 차륜현가장치.
