Claims (5)

  1. 불연속적인 섬유들로 된 중앙코어와 그 코어를 외피형태로 피복하고 불연속적인 섬유들로 된 피복부분으로 이루어진 형태의 방적사를 제조하는데 있어, 내측코어를 형성하는 섬유들이 임시가연처리를 받고, 그후 가연스핀들의 상류측에서 섬유들이 코어에 투사되고, 코어에의 상기 섬유들의 투사가, 접선적으로 도입되는 섬유들의 자유단부에 당김력을 발휘하는 경향을 가지는 이동가능한 안내표면에 의해 달성되고, 상기 섬유들이 통과하는 방향으로 집중되는 방향을 따라 상기 코어가 상기 안내표면에 대하여 접선적으로 이동되는 코어방적사 제조방법에 있어서, 전체섬유집합체(코어 및 피복부분)가 공통연신 시스템의 작용을 받고, 그 연신 시스템의 배출구에서, 섬유들의 일부가 섬유의 자유단부에 당김력을 발휘하는 이동 가능한 안내표면상으로 점진적으로 송출되어 그 표면에 평편하게 유지되고, 상기 섬유들의 다른 부분은 상기 섬유 일부가 상기 표면에 도입되는 지역의 하류측에서 안내표면에 접선적으로 접촉하도록 하는 방식으로 상기 안내표면으로부터 먼쪽으로 송출되어 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어방적사 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코어를 형성하는 섬유들과 피복부분을 형성하는 섬유들이 동일한 재료 또는 서로 다른 재료로 된 코어방적사 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코어를 형성하는 섬유들이 피복부분을 형성하는 섬유들보다 긴코어방적사 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방적사를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 재료들이 긴밀한 혼합물 형태로 연신시스템에 공급되는 코어방적사 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방적사를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 재료들이 별도의 조사 및(또는) 테이프 형태로 공급되는 코어방적사 제조방법.
