Claims (25)

  1. 버진 폴리에스테르와 프라이머 도포된 재생 폴리에스테르의 혼합물로 구성된 거의 비결정성 폴리에스테르필름을 용융압출시키고, 상기 필름을 한 방향 또는 두방향으로 연신하여 배향시킨 다음 상기 필름을 열처리하여 제조하며 ; 여기서 상기 프라이머 도포된 재생 폴리에스테르는 필름의 한측 또는 양측에 연속상 가교결합 아크릴 도포제를 함유하는 프아이머 도포된 연신폴리에스테르필름의 분쇄 생성물이고 ; 상기 아크릴 도포제는 중합된 아크릴 및/또는 메타크릴 단량체 적어도 약 50중량%, 공중합 상태에서 열처리에 의해 분자간 가교결합될 수 있는 공중합된 관능성 그룹-함유 코모노머 약 1 내지 약 15중량%, 및 하나이상의 할로겐-불함유 모노에틸렌계 불포화 공중합 단량체 약 0 내지 49중량%로 구성된 공중합체를 필수적으로 함유하는 연신자립성(oriented self-supporting) 폴리에스테르필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제가 약 10-7내지 10-5인치 범위의 건조두께를 갖는 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 버진 폴리에스테르 약 30 내지 95중량% 프라이머 도포된 재생 폴리에스테르 약 5 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자립성 폴리에스테르필름이 양축방향으로 연신된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트필름인 필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 관능그룹-함유 단량체중에 존재하는 상기 관능그룹이 아민, 아미드, 산무수물, N-메틸올, 카르복실, 하이드록실, 에폭시 및 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관능그룹-함유 코모노머가 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 및 N-메틸올메타크릴아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 도포제가 저급알킬 아크릴레이트와 저급알킬 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체 약 85 내지 99중량% 및 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 약 1 내지 15중량%로 구성된 공중합체를 함유하는 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제가 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 약 5 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 필름.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴레이트 단량체가 에틸아크릴레이트이고 상기 메타크릴레이트 단량체가 메틸메타크릴레이트인 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 연속상 가교결합 아크릴 도포제가 필름의 한측 또는 양측에 프라이머 도포되며 ; 상기 아크릴 도포제는 한 방향으로 연신되기 전에 한방향으로 연신된 후이나 상호수직 방향으로 연신되기전에 수성매체로부터 상기 필름에 처리되며 ; 상기 아크릴 도포제는 중합된 아크릴 및/또는 메타크릴 단량체 적어도 약 50중량% 공중합상태에서 열처리에 의해 분자간 가교 결합할수 있는 공중합된 관능그룹함유코모노모 약 1내지 약 15중량% 및 하나이상의 할로겐-불함유 모노에틸렌계 불포화 공중합 단량체 약 0 내지 49중량%로 구성된 공중합체를 필수적으로 함유하는 연신 자립성 폴리에스테르 필름.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제가 약 10-7내지 10-5인치 범위의 건조두께를 갖는 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 자립성 폴리에스테르필름이 양축방향으로 연신된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 필름.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 관능그룹-함유 단량체중에 존재하는 상기 관능그룹이 아민, 아미드, 산무수물, N-메틸올, 카르복실, 하이드록실, 에폭시 및 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 필름.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 관능그룹-함유 코모노머가 N-메틸올 아크릴아미드 및 N-메틸올 메타크릴아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 필름.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 관능그룹-함유 코모노머가 약 5 내지 10중량% 정도로 존재하는 필름.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제가 저급알킬 아크릴레이트와 저급알킬 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체 약 85 내지 99중량% 및 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 약 1 내지 15중량%로 구성된 공중합체를 함유하는 필름.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제가 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 약 5 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 필름.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴레이트 단량체가 에틸아크릴레이트이고 상기 메타크릴레이트 단량체가 메틸메타크릴레이트인 필름.
  19. 제11항의 도포필름을 분쇄하여 약 270℃ 내지 약 310℃ 범위의 온도로 용융시키고, 상기 필름을 압출 및 양축방향 연신하기 전에 버진 폴리에스테르와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는, 버진 폴리에스테르 약 30 내지 95중량%와 상기 도포필림 약 70 내지 5중량%의 균질 혼합물을 함유하는 양축방향 연신폴리에스테르필름.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도포제 약 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%를 함유하는 필름.
  21. 제1항의 프라이머 도포제에 직접 처리된 감광성 디아조늄염으로 함침된 또는 이를 함유하는 수지상 결합제로 이루어진 감광성층을 갖는 제12항의 필름으로 이루어진 감광성 필름.
  22. 제1항의 프라이머 도포제에 직접 처리된 미세하게 분리된 입상물질-함유 수지상 결합제로 구성된 소염층을 갖는 제12항의 필름으로 이루어진 그래픽필름.
  23. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 도포제의 적어도 한 부분에 직접 처리된 인쇄용 잉크조성물을 갖는 필름.
  24. 제11항의 필름을 분쇄 및 펠렛화하고, 상기 펠렛화 필름을 버진 폴리에스테르 약 30 내지 95중량%와 혼합시키고, 상기 혼합물을 용융시켜 폴리에스테르필름의 펠렛 또는 시이트 형태로 압출시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르필름의 재생방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 상기 분쇄된 필름 약 50중량% 및 상기 프레쉬 폴리에스테르 약 50중량%를 함유하는 방법.
