Claims (6)

  1. 강력한 부하를 지탱하는 재료의 외부 컨테이너내에 불침투성시트(Sheet)의 라이너로 구성되는, 부피가 있는 물건을 충전하는 접혀진 컨테이너에 있어서, 라이너와 외부 컨테이너가 외부 컨테이너의 대응 거시트의 모든곳에서거시트를 구비함으로써 라이너가 소정의 위치에 유지되는 방법과 동일한 방법으로 종방향으로 접혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라이너와 외부 컨테이너는 양측에 종방향 거시트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너.
  3. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 내외부 컨테이너용 각 종방향 거시트는 폭이 컨테이너 주위의 1/8임을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너.
  4. 제1-3항의 의한 접혀진 유연성 컨테이너 제조법에 있어서, 라이너가 외부컨테이너 내에 설치되어 팽창되며, 라이너와 외부컨테이너는 종방향 거시트를 제작하기 위해 접혀지고 라이너의 거시트는 외부컨테이너의 거시트내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너 제조법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 라이너와 외부 컨테이너는 붕괴(접혀짐)될수 있는 상자나 터널내에 설치되며 여기서 중앙이 분할되어 힌지이음되며, 라이너와 컨테이는 팽창되며 상자는 압축되어 측벽의 중심선은 상자의 중심선에 해대 압축되어 형성된 컨테이너를 상자로부터 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너 제조법.
  6. 제1-3항에 의한 컨테이너 제조사단에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상자 또는 터널형의 장치(8)를 연결하는 것으로 구성되며 이것은 양단이 개방되어 있으며 측벽이 적어도 2개의 종방향부분(7)으로 구성되어 있으므로 접혀질수 있고 이 종방향 부품은 각각 유연성 연결수단(6)에 의해 본장치(8)의 지붕(4)과 바닥(5)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접혀진 상태의 유연성 컨테이너 제조장치.
