Abstract

Inventia se refera la un container flexibil în pozitia pliata, procedeu si dispozitiv de pliere, container destinat transportului si depozitarii materialelor în vrac. Problema pe care o rezolva inventia, este obtinerea unui tip nou de container flexibil, cu pereti dubli, pliat longitudinal printr-un procedeu de pliere în starea asamblata a elementelor containerului, realizat printr-un dispozitiv unic de pliere. Containerul flexibil în pozitia pliata, este compus dintr-un element interior impermeabil si unul exterior de rezistenta marita la încarcare si manevrare, ce sînt pliate simultan pe lungimea lor materializînd pliuri longitudinale de la o anumita largire. Procesul de pliere consta în gonflarea celor doua elemente asamblate anterior în interiorul unui dispozitiv de pliere si plierea longitudinala prin rabatarea spre interior a peretilor dispozitivului în final containerul apt pentru umplere fiind extras din dispozitivul pliat, sub forma de cutie sau tunel, deschis la ambele capete, folosindu-se la extragere o clema de ridicare.
