제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 의한 방법을 개략적으로 나타내는 공정이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 합성수지에 의해 응집된 섬유로 구성되는 복합체를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 수지는 열가소성 형태로서, 이 수지를 우선 각각의 섬유에 가해준 다음, 이들 섬유를 수지의 용융에 의해 속(束)으로 조합시키고, 이 속을 주형내에 권취하고, 복합체 물질을 주형내에 서서히 냉각시키며 방치한 다음, 얻어진 물체를 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유체화된 상태의 입자형태로 된 수지를 함유하는 체적내로 섬유를 통과시킴으로써 연속적으로 통과하는 섬유상에 수지가 정전(靜電) 작용에 의해 고착되도록 하여 수지를 섬유에 가하여줌을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유체화된 수지 입자의 체적내로 섬유를 통과시키기 전에 이 섬유를 가열함으로써 이들 입자가 섬유와의 접촉에 의해 용해되어 상기 체적의 출구에서 섬유를 응집시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유는 차가운 상태로 상기 유체화된 수지입자의 체적을 횡단한 후에 압출기를 통과하여, 이 압출기로 부터 동일 또는 상이한 수지의 껍질(sheath)이 형성되어 빠져나가며, 이 섬유가 주형내에 모여지기 전에 혹은 후에 주형을 가열함에 의해 이 섬유를 재가열시키면 중첩되어 있는 2개 수지가 용융됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 얻어진 제품의 표면상태를 더욱 양호하게 하거나 이 제품을 개질시키기 위한 목적으로, 얻어진 제품을 주형의 출구에서 따뜻한 온도에서 추가적으로 압축시킴으로써 섬유를 자체적으로 더욱 개선되게 압착시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이와 같은 추가적인 압축의 경우, 전기적연결부를 강화 혹은 고착시키기 위한 금속 혹은 플래스틱 삽입체를 상기 제품내에 고정시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 필라멘트 권취부를 갖는 복합체, 특히 맨드릴(mandrel)상에서의 권취에 의하여서는 얻어질 수 없는 제품, 그리고 특히 조종핸들, 장력봉, 추진축과 같은 회전부품과, 자동차의 문, 슈트케이스, 시이트(seat)의 골격부분과 테니스 라켓트, 스키이 스틱 그리고 이와 유사한 제품들의 모든 골격부분을 제조하는 것인 방법.
