Claims (1)
- 공기 유량에 따른 출력을 발생하는 공기유량 검출회로와, 상기 공기유량 검출회로의 출력을 입력신호로서 증폭하고 또한 소정의 입력 대출력신호와의 관계로 조정하는 출력회로와 상기 검출회로와 출력회로에 소정의 일정전압을 공급하는 정전압회로와 또한 상기 정전압회로의 출력의 온도계수를 조정하고, 상기 검출회로와 출력회로의 온도계수를 상쇄하여 상기 공기유량계회로 전체의 온도변화에 의한 출력변화를 실질적으로 0으로 하는 온도보상수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상회로를 가진 공기유량 측정회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
