Claims (1)
- 2-메틸-피페라진 또는 2,6-디메틸-피페라진 각각을 불활성 유기 용매중에서 신나밀 클로라이드와 반응시키고; 이와 같이 수득된 신나밀-피페라진 중간체를 10내지 100℃에서 염산수용액체 존재하에 무수환경중, 불활성 용매중에서 부티릴 클로라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용가능한 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, 이때 적어도 하나의 R은 메틸이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
