Claims (19)
- 황화수소 함유기체를 유리 산소 함유기체 존재하에 실리카함 유운반체상에 원소주기율표 3b 및/또는 4b족의 금속 적어도 하나를 함유하는 1차 촉매조성물과 접축시키는 것으로 구성된 황화수소를 원소유황 및/또는 이산황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 금속들이 그의 산화물이나 황화염상태로 적용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄, 질코늄 및/토륨 산화물중 적어도 하나가 운반체상에 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에서 상기금속 또는 금속들이 실리콘에 대한 금속 또는 금속(들)의 원자비가 0.001-1.0범위인 상태로 촉매조성물내 적용되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원자비가 0.03-0.3범위로 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느하나에서 적어도 75중량%의 실리카가 운반체중에 적용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 90중량%의 실리카겔 운반체중에 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에서 운반체가 하기 단계 a)-a)에 의해 제조되는 방법.a) 알칼리금속 실리케이트 수용액을 산수용액과 혼합하여 실리카하이드로솔을 제조하고, b) 하이드로솔을 소적형태로 전환시키고, c) 소적을 공기중에서 또는 물롸 혼화하지 않는 액체중에서 소적으로 형상화하고, d) 얻어진 하이드로겔 입자를 일부 미리건조하고, e) 일부 미리 건조된 입자를 열수처리하고, f) 이렇게 처리된 하이드로겔 입자의 양이온 함량을 건량을 기준으로 10중량%이하로 감소시키고, g) 이렇게 제조된 실리카 입자를 건조한 후 임의로 소성화한다.
- 제1항내지 8항중 어느하나에서 황화수소를 250-450℃에서 이산화황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항내지 9항중 어느하나에서 황화수소를 이산화황으로 산화시키는데 필요한 화학양론적 양의 산소의 5배까지의 양으로 유리산소 함유기체를 공급하여 황화수소를 이산화황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 유리산소 함유기체를 화학양곤적 양의 산소량에 20-280%초과량으로 공급하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느하나에서 황화수소를 150-350℃에서 원소유황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서 황화수소를 180-250℃에서 원소유황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항내지 8항중 어느 하나나 12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 황화수소를 원소유황으로 산화시키는데 있어 이 황화수소는 앞서 정의한 클라우스레일 기체를 175℃ 이상에서 유리산소-및/또는 일산화 탄소함유 기체로 원소주기율표 6족 및/또는 8족의 금속황화물과 상기 금속 황화물(들)을 지지하는 무기 산화운반체로 구성된 2차 촉매조성물상에서 환원하여 얻은 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서 황화수소를 유황으로 산화시키기에 앞서 환원된 기체를 건조하여 물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서 원소유황을 1차 촉매조성물과 접촉시킨 후 기체로 부터 제거하고 유황이 제거된 기체내 남아있는 H2S를 제1항 내지 10항중 어느한 방법으로 이산화황으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에서, 황화수소를 이산화황으로 산화시키는데 있어, 이 황화수소는 클라우스테일기체를 175℃이상에서 유리산소 및/또는 일산화탄소 함유기체로 원소주기율표 6족 또는 8족의 금속황화물과 상기 금속황화물을 지지하는 무기산화물운반체로 구성된 2차 촉매조성물상에서 환원시킨 다음 환원된 기체내 존재하는 H2S를 흡착시키고 이어 H2S를 탈착시킨 후 탈착된 H2S를 클라우스테일공정내로 재순환시켜 얻은 것이며 이산화황으로 산화된 황화수소는 상기 H2S흡착으로 부터 생긴 최종배기가스 내 남게되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 앞서 실시예들을 참조로 설명한 바와 실질적으로 같은 방법.
- 제1항 내지 18항 그리고 12항 내지 18항중 어느하나에서 청구한 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 원소 유황.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
