Abstract
Procedeul pentru recuperarea sulfului din gaze cu continut de apa si compusi de sulf, în special, din gazele reziduale Claus, continînd sulf, apa, vapori de sulf, bioxid de sulf, hidrogen sulfurat, sulfura de carbonil si bisulfura de carbon, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, gazele cu continut de apa si compusi de sulf, sunt supuse mai întîi hidrogenarii catalitice pentru conversia tuturor compusilor cu sulf, la hidrogen sulfurat, dupa care continutul de apa din hidrogenul sulfurat astfel uscat si avînd o temperatura de circa 4...49 degree C, este împartit în doua portiuni care reprezinta aproximativ doua treimi din curentul de hidrogen sulfurat uscat si care eventual este încalzita la o temperatura de 82...121 degree C si o a doua portiune care reprezinta aproximativ o treime din curentul de hidrogen sulfurat uscat si care este oxidata catalitic la bioxid de sulf folosindu-se un raport molar oxigen: hidrogen sulfurat, de 1,5: 1, curentul de bioxid de sulf astfel produs si eventual racit la o temperatura de 101...138 degree C, fiind apoi combinat cu prima portiune de hidrogen sulfurat uscat pentru formarea unui amestec de reactie gazos, într-un raport molar hidrogen sulfurat : bioxid de sulf, de 2:1, la temperatura de 71...127 degree C, si în final, amestecul de reactie gazos este supus conversiei catalitice la sulf si apa, efectuata la o temperatura de 71...127 degree C, potrivita pentru depunerea...
