Claims (17)
- 황화수소와 이산화황을 함유하는 기체를 실리카 함유운반체상에 있는 주기율표 3b족 및/또는 4b족의 금속 적어도 하나로 구성된 촉매조성물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 황화수소 및 이산화황으로 부터 원소유황을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 금속들을 그의 산화물 또는 황산염 상태도 적용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄, 질코늄 및/또는 토륨 산화물중 적어도 하나가 운반체상에 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에서 상기 금속 또는 금속들이 촉매조정물내 실리콘에 대한 금속 또는금속들의 원자비가 30.001-1.0범위인 상태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용되는 원자비가 0.03-0.3인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에서 적어도 75중량%의 실리카가 운반체내 적용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 90중량%의 실리카가 운반체내 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에서 실리카가 하기 단계 a)-g)들에 의해 제조되는 방법.단계 a) 알칼리금속 실리케이트의 수용액을 산수용액과 혼합하여 실리카하이드로솔을 제조하고, b) 하이드로솔을 소적(dorplet)형태로 전화시키고, c) 소적을 물과 혼화되지 않는 액체나 공기중에서 형상화하고, d) 얻어진 하이드로겔입자를 부분적으로 미리 건조하고, e) 부분적으로 미리 건조된 입자를 열수처리를 받게하고, f) 수성매체중에서 처리된 하이드로겔입자의 양이온함량을 건조량을 기준으로 10중량%이하로 감소시키고, g) 이렇게 얻어진 실리카입자를 건조하고 임의로 소성화한다.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에서 0.5㎖/g보다 큰 공극용량을 가진 실리카를 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항에서 사용된 공극용량이 1.0㎖/g 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서 유황의 이슬점 이상의 온도에서 조작되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 200-350℃ 온도에서 조작되는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 황화수소와 이산화황을 함유하는 기계중 이산화황이 앞서 정의 한바와 같은 클라우스형 공정의 가열대역내에서 형성된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서 유황의 이슬점 이하의 온도에서 조작되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 120-149℃ 온도에서 조작되는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 황화수소와 이산화황을 함유하는 기체가 앞서 정의한 바와 같은 클라우스 테일 기체인 방법.
- 제14항 내지 16항중 어느 하나에서 황화수소와 이산화황을 함유하는 기체와 축매조성물과의 접촉이 일단중단되고 재생기체가 유황이 적재된 촉매조성물상을 고온에서 통과하여 그로부터 유황이 증발된 후 이어 유화수소와 이산화황을 함유하는 기체와 촉매조성물과의 접촉이 다시 재개되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
