제1도는 하나의 실시예로써 형성된 파열식 주머니의 사시도. 제2도는 파열식 주머니의 평면도. 제4도는 파열식 밀봉형태를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 일차 가장자리(22)에서 파열식 밀봉(14)을 가지는 밀폐된 파열식 주머니(10)의 형성방법에 있어서, 박판 중합필름(16)은 고주파 용접분야에 반응하는 외층(20)과 고주파 용접분야에 실재로 반응하지 않는 내층(18)을 가지며, 파열 압력을 유지하기 위하여 외층(20)은 필름(16)의 잔여분 보다 강한 부착강도를 가지며, 외층의 융점은 내층(18)의 융점보다 높으며, 2개의 필름 시이트(16)는, 가장자리(12)가 일직선으로 되고, 접촉한 내층(18)을 덮어 씌우는 관계를 가지며, 일차 가장자리(22)는 제외하고, 일직선으로 된 가장자리(12)를 따라 시이트(16)과 함께 완전히 녹으며, 녹기전이나 후에 고주파 용접 전극(24)사이에서 일차 가장자리(22)를 따라 시이트를 결합하여 외층이 녹지 않도록 외층에 전달되는 열로써 내층(18)을 충분히 녹일수 있는 시간과 강도로 외층(20)을 녹이기 위하여 고주파 용접 분야를 적용함으로써 일차 가장자리를 밀봉하며, 여기서 외층의 분리부분을 파괴하지 않고 밀봉(14)이 형성되며, 녹이고 밀봉하는 단계를 완료하기 전에 주머니를 채우는 단계를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 파열식 주며니(10)가 치수가 두배인 중간주며니(26)의 절반을 절단하여 비슷한 파열식 주머니로 함께 형성되며, 중간주머니(26)는 상기에 기술한 단계로 실행되며, 일직선으로된 가장자리(12)주위를 눅여서 중간주머니를 밀폐하며, 녹이는 단계를 완료하기 전에 중간 주며니(26)를 채움으로써 파열식 주머니(10) 2개가 채워지며, 중간주머니로 교차하는 스트립을 따라 밀봉되고, 중간 주머니의 중심을 분리하며, 밀봉스트립(28)이 2개의 파열식 밀봉으로 분리하는 선(30)을 따라 중간 주머니(26)를 2개로 절단하여 각각의 파열식 주머니(10)에 파열식 밀봉(28)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 박판 중합 필름(16)의 내층(18)이 포말 물질로 되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 전항중 한 항에 있어서, 내층(18) 및 외층(20)의 융점 차이가 적어도 30℃가 되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
