제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 간극 조정장치가 적용된 직선 슬라이드용 베어링의 조립상태를 나타낸 정면도.
제3도는 제1도의 평면도.
제6도는 제3도에 있어 장착대를 제거한 상태를 나타낸 베어링의 평면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 수평부와 그 양측으로 부터 하방으로 향하여 수하하는 한쌍의 슬리이브부를 갖고 있어, 하면측으로 요부를 갖고 그리고 상기 양슬리이브부에는 그 내면 길이방향에 따라서 부하볼홈을 갖고 있음과 동시에, 이들 각부하볼홈에 대응하여 무부하볼궤도를 갖는 슬라이드대와, 상부가 상기 슬라이드대의 요부내에 서로 소정의 극간을 유지하여 감합함과 동시에, 상기 부하볼홈에 상대응하는 전주홈을 갖는 궤도대와 상기 슬라이드대의 전후 양단면에 장착되고 내면측에는 상기 부하볼홈과 무부하볼궤도의 각 단부 사이를 서로 연통연결하여 볼무한 궤도를 형성하는 안내홈을 갖는 한쌍의 개체와 상기 볼무한 궤도내를 순환하여 슬라이드대의 부하볼홈과 궤도대의 전주홈과의 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 볼로써된 직선 슬라이드용 베어링에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드대의 수평부 상면에는 그 양 슬리이브의 상방 길이방향으로 따라서 한쌍의 장착면을 형성하고, 이들 한쌍의 장착면상에 복수의 체결 보울트에 의하여 장착대를 장착함과 동시에 상기 수평부 상면과, 장착대 하면과의 사이에는 상기 각 장착면의 사이에 위치하는 간극을 형성하며, 상기 장착대에는 이 장착대를 관통하여 상기 한쌍의 장착면의 중간 위치에서 수평부에 작용하는 간극 조정 보울트를 형성하고 이 간극 조정 보울트를 회동시켜서 슬라이드대의 수평부에 탄성변형을 부여하며, 이 탄성변형에 의하여 슬라이드대의 각 슬리이브부 내면과 궤도대의 외면과의 사이의 간극을 조정함을 특징으로 하는 직선슬라이드용 베어링의 간극 조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간극 조정 보울트가 슬라이드대의 수평부의 중간위치에 천설한 간극 조정용 나사구멍에 나합하는 조상보울트로서 이 조상보울트를 회동시켜서 수평부를 조상함으로써 슬라이드대의 각 슬리이브부 내면과 궤도대와의 외면과의 사이의 간극을 좁게하여, 이들 부하볼홈과 전주홈과의 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 각볼에 예압을 부여하는 직선 슬라이드용 베어링의 간극 조정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 간극 조정 보울트가 슬라이드대의 수평부의 중간위치에 당접하는 압압보울트로서, 이 압압 보울트를 회동시켜서 수평부를 압압함으로써 슬라이드대의 각 슬리이브부 내면과 궤도대의 외면과의 사이의 간극을 넓게함을 특징으로하는 직선슬라이드용 베어링의 간극 조정장치.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 항에 있어서, 간극 조정 보울트가 슬라이드대의 수평부의 중간 위치에 따라서 복수개 배설되어 있으며, 이 수평부 중간위치의 양단측에 위치하는 한쌍의 간극 조정 보울트가 압압 보울트로서 이들 한쌍의 압압 보울트의 사이에 위치하는 간극 조정 보울트가 조상 보울트로서 슬라이드대의 수평부를 그 전후 양단측에 있어 압압하며, 그리고 그 중간부에 있어 조상함으로써 슬라이드대의 각 슬라이브부 내면과 궤도대의 외면과의 사이의 간극을 그 양단측에서 넓힘과 동시에 그 중간에서 좁게함을 특징으로하는 직선슬라이드용 베어링의 간극 조정장치.
