Claims (10)
- 동-함유 촉매제의 존재하에서 대응의 N-2-알케닐-α-할로아미르의 분자내 환화에 의한 하기 구조식을 가진 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 구조식, RNH2(R은 임의로 히드록시로 치환되는 1~20개의 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 알킬 그루우프이다)를 가진 제1아민 또는 (b)구조식, R1NHR2(R1및 R2는 각기 알파-탄소원자에 분지를 가진 분지쇄알킬 그루우프을 제외하고서, 임의로 히드록시로 치환되는 1~20개의 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄-또는 분지쇄알킬 그루우프이다)를 가진 제2아민으로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택된 아민의 존재하에서 약 50~약 150℃의 온도하에 상기의 분자내 환화가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.식중, X는 수소, 염소, 취소 및 불소로 구성되는 그루우프로부터 선택되며; Y는 수소, 염소, 취소 및 불소로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택되고; Z는 염소 및 취소로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택되고; R1은 수소 및 C1C4알킬로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택되며; R2는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 아세틸, 염소, 취소, 불소, 요오드, 트리플루오로메틸, 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알킬술피닐, R3-C1알킬술포닐, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 트리플루오로메틸술피닐, 트리플루오로메틸술포닐, 펜타플루오로피온아미드 및 3-메틸우레이도로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택되며; 그리고 R3은 수소, C1-C4알킬, 염소 및 트리플루오로메틸로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택된다.
- 동 촉매제는 염화 제1동을 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 온도는 약 70℃∼약 90℃의 범위내인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 동촉매제는 산화 제1동을 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 동촉매제는 염화 제1동을 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 아민은 di(n-부틸)아민인 특허청구의 범위 1∼5기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 아민은di(n-프로필)아민인 특허청구의 범위 1~5기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 동촉매제는 α-할로아미드를 기본으로 하여 약 2.5~약 5몰%의 양으로 사용되는 특허청구의 범위 1~7기재의 N-아리일할로피롤리돈의 제조방법.
