Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(II)의 페녹시프로피온산 클로라이드의 R에난티오머를, 필요에 따라 산 수용체 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재하에서, 일반식(III)의 하이드록시 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 형성된 에스테르를 희석제 존재하에서, 가수분해시키거나; 다음 일반식(VI)의 디페닐 에테르 유도체를, 필요에 따라 산 수용체 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재하에서, 일반식(V)의 프로피온산 유도체의 S에난티오머와 반응시킨 후 생성된 일반식(VI)의 디페닐에테르유도체의 R에난티오머를, 필요에 따라 촉매 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재하에서, 니트로화제와 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 형성된 에스테르를 희석제 존재하에서 가수분해 시키거나; 일반식(VII)의 페녹시 프로피온산 유도체의 R에 난티오머를 산 수용체 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재하에서 일반식(VIII)의 할로겐 화합물과 반응시킨 후 생성된 일반식(VI)의 디페닐 에테르 유도체의 R에난티오머를, 필요에 따라 촉매 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재하에서, 니트로화제와 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 형성된 에스테르를 희석제 존재하에서 가수분해시킴을 특징으로하여, 다음 일반식(I)의 페녹시프로피오네이트의 R에난티오머를 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서, X는 수소 또는 할로겐이고, R1은 수소 또는 알킬이고, Y는 트리알킬실릴, 알콕시알킬 또는 라디칼-COOR2(여기서 R2는 수소, 알킬 또는 알콕시알킬이다)이고, Y1은 트리알킬실릴, 알콕시알킬 또는 라디칼-COOR3(여기서 R3는 알킬 또는 알콕시알킬이다)이고, Z는 토실레이트 또는 메실레이트이고, Hal은 염소 또는 브롬이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
