Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디페닐 에테르를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 프로피온산 유도체의 S 에난티오머와, 필요에 따라 산수용체 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재시, 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 수득된 에스테르를 희석제 존재하에 가수분해시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 디페닐 에테르 유도체를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 프로피온산 유도체의 S 에난티오머와, 필요에 따라 산수용체존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재시, 반응시킨 후, 수득된 일반식(Ⅴ)의 디페닐에테르의 R 에난티오머를 니트로화제와, 필요에 따라 촉매 존재하 및 필요에 따라 희석제 존재시, 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 수득된 에스테르를 희석제 존재하에 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디페닐 에테르 유도체의 R 에난티오머를 제조하는방법.상기식에서,X는 수소 또는 할로겐이고, R은 하드루실 또는 알콕시이고, R1은 알킬이고, Z는 토실레이트 또는 메실레이트이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
