Claims (4)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 펜옥시카복실산클로라이드를 경우에 따라 산수용체 및 희석제의 존재하에서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 광확적으로 활성인 락트산유도체와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 페놀유도체를 경우에 따라 산수용체 및 희석제 존재하에서, 일반식(Ⅴ)의 광확적으로 활성인 카복신산유도체와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 펜옥시 카복실산 염을 경우에 따라 산수용체 및 희석제 존재하에서, 일반식(Ⅶ)의 광학적으로 활성인 할로겐 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 광학적으로 활성인 프로피온산 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서R은 일반식(여기서, X1은 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, X2는 수소, 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며, X3는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내고, X4는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다)이고, R1은 알콕시 또는 알킬티오이며, Z는 염소, 브롬, 토실레이트 또는 메실레이트이고, M은 알카리 금속 양이온 또는 1가의 알카리 토금속양이온을 나타내며, Hal은 염소 또는 브롬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 라디칼(여기서 X1은 염소 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, X2는 수소 또는 염소이며, X3는 수소 또는 염소를 나타내고, X4는 수소 또는 염소를 나타낸다)이고, R1이 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬티오를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 광학적으로 활성인 프로피온산 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
