Claims (5)

  1. 회전축에 고정되는 허브를 갖는 디스크로 구성되고, 이 디스크에는 기부에서 폐쇄되고 상측으로 개방된 동일한 간격의 방사상요구가 형성되어 있으며, 이들 요구는 디스크의 주연에서 장애없이 개방되어 있고 궁형단부를 갖는 가요성부재가 결합된 혼합형 편침이 삽입될 수 있도록 배설된 편침다이알에 있어서, 디스크에 형성된 각 요구가 그 주연개방부로부터 시작하여 가요성부재의 궁형단부가 장애없이 삽입되기 위하여 확장된 부분으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 바의 리브편직물을 편직하기 위한 싱글실린더 환편기용 편침다이알.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 각 안내요구의 초입부의 학장부분이 이 요구를 지나는 축방향 중앙양면에 대하여 비대칭임을 특징으로 하는 바의 편침 다이알.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 각 요구의 확장된 부분이 디스크의 주연환상밴드에 천설된 방사상 공으로 구성되고, 이 방사상공은 디스크에 형성된 하향 개방형의 환상요입부내로 개방되고 디스크의 하측으로 고정된 환상부재로 폐쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 바의 편침다이알.
  4. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 환상부재의 상측면이 안내요구의 폐쇄된 기부의 연속성을 회복하고, 디스크의 하측요입부에 일치하는 환상밴드에서 상기 상부면은 편침과 연합된 가요성부재의 높이와 적어도 동일한 거리만큼 안내요구사이에서 분리벽의 하측변부로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 있음을 특징으로 가는 바의 편침다이알.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 디스크의 하측부에 부가부재에 형성된 환상스텝이 상치되는 환상접속스텝이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 바의 편침다이알.
