Claims (8)
- 양자화될 수 있는 질소원자(들)을 함유하는 유도체의 형태 또는 염의 형태로 적당하고 히드로클로라이드류를 형성하기에 유용한 화합물과 다음식의 술포닐화합물을 용매해서, 알코올의 존재하에 반응시키고, 얻어진 히드로클로라이드류를 공지된 방법으로 회수함을 특징으로 하는 히드로클로라이드류의 제조방법.Q-SO2-CI상기식에서, Q는 히드록실, C1-4알킬 또는 아릴기이고, 아릴기는 C1-4알킬기로 임의로 치환될 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드로클로라이드류의 제조를 위한 출발 물질로서 아민, 히드록실아민, 히드라진, 아미노산, 아미노당, 3-내지 12-원 헤테로고리 화합물, 항생물질 또는 상기 물질부류의 유도체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 히드로클로라이드류의 제조를 위한 출발물질로서 아미노사이클리톨 타입의 항생물질, β-락탐 함생물질, 테트라사이클린, 안트라사이클린, 시클로펩티드 또는 마크롤히드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 용매로서 과량의 알코올을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 용매로서 상기 사용된 알코올과 에테르, 케톤, 에스테루, 다른 알코올 및 또는 물과의 혼합용매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 식 Q-SO2-CI의 화합물로서 클로로술폰산, 메탄술포닐클로라이드 또는 p-톨루엔술포닐 클로라이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알코올 성분으로서 바람직한 C1-4지방족 알코올, 알리시클릭알코올, 방향족 알코올, 다가알코올 또는 그들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 식 Q-SO2-CI의 화합물을 0.1 내지 10몰 리터의 농도로, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 2몰 리터의 농도로 함유하는 알코올 용액을 준비하고, 이 용액을 히드로클로라이드류의 제조를 원해 유용한 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
