Claims (10)

  1. (a) 2급 또는 3급 지방족 디이소시아네이트, (b) 하이드록실 화합물 및 (c) 마그네슘 아세틸아세토네이트, 니켈아세틸아세토네이트, 마그네슘스테아레이트, 카드뮴스테아레이트, 1,8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운데스-7-엔의 유기산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 경화유효량의 촉매로 구성된 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 조성물중량을 기준으로 약 0.05-1중량 %농도의 마그네슘스테아레이트 또는 카드뮴스테아레이트인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 조성물중량을 기준으로 약 0.01-4중량 %농도의 마그네슘 아세틸아세토네이트 또는 니켈아세틸아세토네이트인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 1.8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운데스-7-엔의 올레인산염 또는 2-에틸헥산 산염인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 촉매가 조성물 중량을 기준으로 약 0.05-2중량 %농도로 존재하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 2급 또는 3급 지방족 디이소시아 네이트가 프리폴리이며 중량을 기준으로 약 5-30중량% 의 이소시아 네이트를 함유하며, 하이드록실 말단 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르와 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응생성물로서 생성된 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르가 약 100-2000의 당량을 가지는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 2급 또는 3급 지방족 디이소시아네이트(a)가 α,α,α´,α´-테트라메틸-1,3-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, α,α,α´,α´-테트라메틸-1,4-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌비스(4-사이클로헥실 이소시아네이트), 1,4-사이클로헥실렌디이소시아네이트, 1,8-p-메탄디이소시아 네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 하이드록실 화합물(b)이 하기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 조성물, 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세롤, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,2,6-헥산트리올, 디에틸렌들리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 트리프로필렌글리콜, 1,1,1-트리메틸롤프로판, 3-(2-(하이드록시에톡시)-1,2-프로판디올, 1,1,1-트리스[(2-하이드록시에톡시)메틸]에탄, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 하이드록실-말단 폴리(에틸렌 아디페이트), 하이드록실-말단 폴리(부틸렌 아디페이트), 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리(테트라메틸렌에테르 글리콜), 글리세롤 또는 트리메틸롤프로판을 프로필렌옥사이드 및/또는 카프로락톤 단위로 쇄확장하여 얻은 3가 중합체, 분자당 2개 이상의 하이드록실기를 갖는 중합체가 얻어지도록 이염기산, 디올 및 트리올로부터 제조된 폴리에스테르, 및 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 하이드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트 반복단위를 함유하는 폴리아크릴레이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 상기한 하이드록실 화합물(b)이 분자당 적어도 하나의 2급 하이드록실기를 함유하는 조성물.
