제1도는 단일 패스내에 있는 2개의 판부분을 위에서 이론적으로 레이저 용접하는 것을 도시한 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 장부의 일부를 용접선에 따라 취한 단면도.
제3도는 2개의 용접 대상판 사이의 갭내에 있는 차단와이어에 충돌하는 레이저빔을 도시한 도면.
제3(a)도는 제3도에서 설명한 용접에 의하여 생긴 전형적인 용접의 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 방법에 의하여 생긴 맞대기 T용접의 횡단면도.
제5도는 본 발명의 방법에 의하여 생성된 용접의 횡단면도.
제6(a)도, 제6(b)도 및 제6(c)도는 3용접부분에 대한 경도(硬度)판단을 예를들어 도시한 도면.

Claims (13)

  1. 용접할 절삭부분이나 성형부분이 그 표면이 허용하는 한, 서로 밀착되어 있는 금속판 부분을 한데 용접하는 방법에 있어서, 촛점 고에너지 레이저빔이 밀착된 접촉선에 따라 이동하고, 분리된 양립성 빔차단재가 일반적으로 빔촛점에 위치하고, 가스 공급이 빔촛점쪽으로 안내되어, 적어도 부분적으로는 촛점빔이 차단재에 충돌하여 형성되는 플라즈마를 적어도 일부만이라도 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속판은 두께 3 내지 25㎜의 강철판인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접을 5 내지 25kW의 레이저빔을 사용하여 단일 패스로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용접선이 일반적으로 인접한 판연단 사이의 맞대기 용접선인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한항에 있어서, 용접선이 판의 절삭연단이나 압연 마진과 인접판의 표면 사이의 T용접선이고, 촛점빔의 축이 상기 인접판표면과 20°이하의 각으로 놓여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각이 5° 내지 15°인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 빔차단재가 일반적으로 빔촛점에 위치할 수 있도록 연속적으로 공급되는 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  8. 고강도 레이저빔의 촛점을 조준하는 수단, 상기 촛점을 빔차단재에 이송하는 수단, 촛점빔이 차단재에 충돌하여 발생하는 에너지 전달플라즈마를 극소화시키고 수용하기 위하여 상기 촛점쪽으로 안내되는 가스공급수단등이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접헤드.
  9. 제1철판과 같은 금속판의 용접에 의한 어셈블리에서 사용하는 작업스테이션의 장치에 있어서, 적어도 2이상의 작업스테이션이 작업유동 시퀸스내의 분리된 위치에 제공되어 있고, 각 스테이션에는 2이상의 작업스테이션에 공통인 고강도 레이저빔 발생기의 광학적 행로와 선택적 및 광학적으로 연결될 수 있는 가동 레이저빔 촛점조준 헤드가 포함되어 있고, 작업스테이션중 적어도 1 이상이 제1항 내지 제7항 중 한 항에 의한 용접절차를 이용하는 용접스테이션인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 작업스테이션중 5개 이하가 용접스테이션인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, (i) 촛점이 맞지 아니한 간섭성빔을 제공하는 고강도레이저빔 발생기, (ii) 거울을 선택적으로 빔행로에 삽입할 수 있는 2이상의 위치에 제공되어 있는 2이상의 앵글레이저빔 거울, (iii) 빔의 촛점을 소단면에 집중시킬 수 있는 또다른 앵글레이저빔 거울과 촛점조준 수단이 포함되어 있어서, 앵글거울을 발생된 빔속에 선택적으로 삽입함으로써 빔을 주어진 촛점조준 헤드거울로 편향시킨 다음에 다시 촛점조준 수단으로 편향시킬 수 있게 되어있는 동수의 가동촛점 조준헤드.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 앵글 거울 자체가 빔의 길이방향으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 의한 방법 또는 제9항 내지 제12항중 한 항에 의한 장치에 의하여 생산된 용접제품.
