Claims (13)
- 加工対象物に穴を形成する穴形成工程と、
前記穴に溶加材を投入し、穴の底に溶加材を置く溶加材投入工程と、
前記穴にレーザを走査させつつ照射し、前記溶加材を溶解し、溶解した前記溶加材で前記穴を埋める溶解工程と、を有し、
前記溶加材投入工程と、前記溶解工程を繰り返し、前記穴を埋める溶接補修部を形成し、
前記溶解工程は、前記レーザを前記穴の周面に沿って走査させ、
前記溶解工程は、前記レーザの軌跡が径の異なる円が複数重なった多重円となる溶接物製造方法。 - 加工対象物に穴を形成する穴形成工程と、
前記穴に溶加材を投入し、穴の底に溶加材を置く溶加材投入工程と、
前記穴にレーザを走査させつつ照射し、前記溶加材を溶解し、溶解した前記溶加材で前記穴を埋める溶解工程と、を有し、
前記溶加材投入工程と、前記溶解工程を繰り返し、前記穴を埋める溶接補修部を形成し、
前記溶解工程は、前記レーザを前記穴の周面に沿って走査させ、
前記溶解工程は、前記レーザの軌跡が穴と溶加材との境界近傍の入熱が穴の中心側よりも多くなる軌跡である溶接物製造方法。 - 前記溶解工程は、前記レーザを1m/sec以上10m/sec以下の速度で走査させる請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 前記溶解工程は、前記レーザのビーム径が、0.6mm以上1.6mm以下である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 前記加工対象物は、第1金属部材と、
第2金属部材と、
前記第1金属部材と前記第2金属部材とを接合する溶接線と、を有し、
前記溶接補修部は、前記溶接線と少なくとも一部が重なる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の溶接物製造方法。 - 前記穴は、深さをH、径をdとした場合、H/dが、5以上20以下であり、dが1mm以上20mm以下である請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 前記穴の表面側の一部をワイヤ状の溶加材を用いるTIG溶接で埋めるTIG溶接工程をさらに含む請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 加工対象物の前記穴の状態を検出し、前記穴の状態に基づいて、前記溶加材投入工程と前記溶解工程の加工条件を設定する加工条件設定工程をさらに含む請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 前記加工条件は、投入する溶加材の大きさ、量、レーザを照射する深さ方向の位置、レーザを照射するパターン、レーザの出力の少なくとも1つを含む請求項8に記載の溶接物製造方法。
- 加工対象物に穴を形成する穴形成装置と、
前記穴に溶加材を投入する溶加材投入装置と、
前記穴にレーザを走査させつつ照射するレーザ加工装置と、
前記穴形成装置と、前記溶加材投入装置と、前記レーザ加工装置と、を制御し、
前記穴に投入された前記溶加材に前記レーザ加工装置からの前記レーザを走査させつつ照射し、前記溶加材を溶解させる処理を実行させる制御装置と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記レーザの軌跡が穴と溶加材との境界近傍の入熱が穴の中心側よりも多くなる軌跡で前記レーザ加工装置を制御する溶接物製造システム。 - 第1金属部材と、
第2金属部材と、
前記第1金属部材と前記第2金属部材を接合する溶接線と、
形成された穴に、前記溶接線と同様の金属材料が埋められた溶接補修部と、を有し、
前記溶接補修部は、深さをh、径をdとした場合、H/dが、5以上20以下であり、dが1mm以上20mm以下であり、
前記金属材料が積層され、
前記溶接補修部は、前記金属材料の積層数が2個以上20個以下である溶接物。 - 前記溶接補修部は、前記溶接線と少なくとも一部が重なる請求項11に記載の溶接物。
- 前記溶接補修部は、深さ方向において径が変化する形状である請求項11または請求項12に記載の溶接物。
