Claims (9)

  1. 다수의 층으로 된 화재가 발생한 고층건물내에 갇힌 사람들을 쉽게 탈출시키는 화재탈출 장치에 있어서, 다수인원을 운반하는 지지장치와, 케이블권취드럼에 권취되며 이 드럼속으로 연장되는 상기 지지장치에 고정된 케이블과, 상기 드럼에 회전식으로 고정되어 풀어주기 속도를 제어하는 일정속도 제동수단과, 상기 케이블드럼과 제동수단을 포용하는 하우징과, 건물 내부로부터 건물밖으로 사람을 지지하여 이동시키는 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화제 탈출 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케이블드럼에 회전식으로 연결된 정변위 유압펌프와, 이 펌프의 유출구에 연결되며 유체이동 억제수단에 연결되고 또한 펌프의 유입구에 유압도선으로 연결된 유출구도선으로 제동수단을 구성하고 전체를 유압유체 또는 매체로 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재탈출 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 케이블드럼에 회전식으로 연결된 정변위 유압펌프의 유출구를 유압조절수단에 유체식으로 연결하고, 유압조절수단의 유출구를 유체이동 제한수단에 유체식으로 연결하며 유체이동 제한수단의 유출구를 펌프의 유입구에다 연결하고 전체를 유압유체 또는 매체로 충전시켜서 된 제동수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재 탈출장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공기부하식 유압축압기로 압력조절수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재 탈출 장치.
  5. 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고정된 구멍을 가진 오리피스로 유체이동 조절수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재 탈출장치.
  6. 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 가변식 구멍을 가진 오리피스로 유체이동조절수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화제 탈출장치.
  7. 이동장치와 연결된 회전샤프트와, 이 샤프트에 회전식으로 부착되어 샤프트가 회전할때마다 일정량의 비압축성 전체를 공급하는 펌프 수단과, 이 펌프수단의 유체유출구와 연결된 유체도관과, 유체이동의 수축시키는 수단 및, 수축수단으로부터 펌프수단의 유체유입구까지 연결된 유체도관으로 구성되며 일정한 회전속도가 되게 이동장치의 회전속도를 제어하는 장치.
  8. 이동장치에 회전식으로 부착된 정변위 유압 펌프와, 이 유압펌프에 차례로 연결된 유출구 도관과, 유체이동 제한수단과, 제한수단의 유출구로부터 펌프의 유입구까지 연결된 연결도관과,전체를 유압 또는 비압축성 유체로 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동장치의 일정한 회전속도를 제어하는 장치.
  9. 회전징치를 정변위 유압펌프에 회전식으로 연결하여, 펌프를 회전시키고, 제한된 오리피스를 통해 유압유체를 공급하며, 펌프운동에 대해 배압을 발생시키고, 회전장치의 이동에 대해 펌프를 통해 운동을 제한시키도록 하여 회전장치를 일정속도로 제한하는 방법.
