제1도는 접선 발화로의 4귀퉁이에 본 발명의 2차공기 조절장치가 설치된 것을 도시한 횡단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 접선발화로에서 바람통의 2차공기를 조절하기 위한 2차공기조절장치에 있어서, 2차공기 공급원과 로의 외벽에 설치되어 공급원에 연결된 도관과 로벽을 통해 다수의 구멍을 갖춘 수직선회 노즐까지 연장되어 잇는 2차공기 도관에 연결된 변화도관부와 선회노즐 상류쪽의 변화도관부에 설치되어 도관부에 다수의 통로를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 선회날개와 통로로부터 노즐의 개구에 공급되는 전체 2차 공기의 속도 및 분산형태를 결정하기 위해 로외부에서 조작할 수 있는 각 공기 조절구조의 조절수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 공기 조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로외부에 설치된 2차공기 도관 사이의 변화도관부는 날카로운 선회부로 형성되어 있어 2차공기를 바람통에 삽입시키며, 변화도관부내의 선회날개는 굴곡되어 있음으로서 노즐의 2차공기에 완만한 흐름이 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 공기 조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 통로의 공기조절구조는 조절수단에 연결되어 있는 플랩형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 공기 조절장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2차공기도관과 변화도관부 사이에 설치된 2차공기 조절수단과 로내의 연소를 위해 변화도관을 흐르는 전체 공기 조절수단을 조절하기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 공기 조절장치.
  5. 접선발화로의 바람통에 설치된 노즐의 다수개구에 2차공기를 조절하기 위한 2차공기 노즐장치에 있어서, 2차 공기공급원과 로벽의 외측에 설치되어 공급원에 연결된 도관과 로벽을 통해 바람통에 설치된 수직선회 및 다수개구의 노즐까지 수평으로 연장되어 2차공기도관에 연결된 변화부와 선회노즐 상류에 수직으로 설치되어 변화부에 수평으로 나란한 다수의 통로를 형성하는 하나의 선회날개와 선회날개에 의해 형성된 각 통로 분할에 설치되어 있는 공기조절구조와 통로분할로부터 노즐의 선정된 개구에 공급되는 전체 2차공기의 속도와 그양을 결정하기 위해 외외부에서 조작할 수 있는 공기조절구조의 조절수단이 구비되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 공기 조절장치.
