Claims (18)

  1. 극성 및 비극성 용매의 혼화성 혼합물 ; 물에는 거의 용해하지 않으며 극성 및 비-극성 용매의 혼합물에는 용해하는 농업용 활성 화합물 ; 농축물을 물과 유화시켜 10미크론을 초과하지 않는 평균 소적크기를 갖는 유화물을 생성시키는 적어도 하나의 유화제 ; 및 극성 용매에 용해하며 농축물의 유화시 분산상대에 남아 고체 또는 반고체 매트릭스를 형성하여 유화물 입자의 물과의 융합을 방지하는데 적합한 중합성 물질을 유화시킴을 특징으로 하여 농업용으로 유효한 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 물질이 에틸셀룰로스인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸 셀룰로스가 무수 글루코스 단위당 2.0 대지 2.6에톡시 단위의 에톡시 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 에틸 셀룰로스가 무수 글루코스 단위당 2.25 대지 2.58에톡시 단위의 에톡시 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 농업용 활성화합물이 농약인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 농약의 아실우레아인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 아실 우레아가 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.

    상기식에서,
    X는 산소 또는 황이고, R 및 R'는 각각 독립적으로 임의로 치환된 방향족 또는 헤테로 방향족 그룹이다.

  11. 제7항에 있어서, 아실 우레아가 1-[4-(2,2-디클로로-1,1-디플루오로에톡시)페닐]-3-(2-클로로벤조일)우레아, 1-(4-트리플루오로 메톡시 페닐)-3-(2-클로로-벤조일)우레아, 1-(4-클로로페닐)-3-(2,6-디플루오로 벤조일)우레아, 1-[3,5-디클로로-4-(2-클로로-1,1-디플루오로-에톡시)-페닐]-3-(2,6-디플루오로 벤조일)우레아, 1-[3,5-디클로로-4-(2,2-디클로로-1,1-디플루오로-에톡시)페닐]-3-(2-클로로 벤조일)우레아, 1-[3,5-디클로로-4-(5-트리플루오로 메틸)-3-클로로-2-피리딜옥시)-페닐]-3-(2,6-디플루오로-벤조일), 레아 또는 1-[3,5-디클로로-4-(1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로 에톡시)-페닐]-3-(2,6-디플루오로 벤조일)우레아인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 농업용 활성 화합물이 제초제인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 조성물이 유기인, 피레트로이드 또는 카바메이드 살충제인 추가의 농약성분을 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 추가의 농약 성분이 클로르피리포스, 클로르피리포스-메틸 또는 시페르메트린인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 극성용매가 N-메틸 피를리돈, 디메틸포름 아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, 이소포른, 사이클로헥사논, 아세톤 또는 이들중의 2개 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 극성용매가 N-메틸 피롤리돈인 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 비-극성 용매가 크실렌, 디옥틸 프탈레이트, 염소화 탄화수소, 지방족 탄화수소, 광유, 플리부렌, 글리콜 에테르 또는 이들 중의 2개 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서 유화제가 5미크론을 초과하지 않는 평균 소적 크기를 갖는 유화물을 생성시키는 방법.
