- (식중, R1, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 또는 다르며 그리고 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그루우프 또는 방향족 알킬 그루우프이고, X는 염화물, 취화물 또는 요오드화물이며, Z는 전자대 또는 산소이다), 또는 구조식(b)
