Claims (16)

  1. 하기 구조식,
  2. 의 N-포스포노메탈글리신 화합물과, 구조식(a)
  3. (식중, R1, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 또는 다르며 그리고 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그루우프 또는 방향족 알킬 그루우프이고, X는 염화물, 취화물 또는 요오드화물이며, Z는 전자대 또는 산소이다), 또는 구조식(b)
  4. (식중 R1, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 그리고 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그루우프이고 R4는 1∼12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그루우프, 방향족 또는 방향족알킬 그루우프이며, X는 염화물, 취화물 요오드화물이고, 그리고 Y는 질소 또는 인이다)을 가진 것들로 구성된 그루우프로부터 선택된 화합물을 물 및 물내에서 불혼합성의 극성유기용제의 존재하에서 구조식(R)3N(식중, R은 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 4∼13개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그루우프이다)의 트리알킬아민의 존재하에, 반응을 완료시키기에 충분한 온도 및 기간동안 반응시킨 후에, (2)상 유리에 의하여 최종생성물을 유리시킴으로써 이루어지는 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  5. 아민은 C8∼C10알킬 그루우프를 가진 것들로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  6. 유기용제는 톨루엔 및 아밀코올의 혼합물로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  7. N-포스포노메틸글리신 및 화합물(a) 또는 (b)는 실질적으로 화학량론 적양으로 존재하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  8. 알킬아민은 과잉량으로 존재하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  9. 반응온도는 약 10∼40℃의 범위내의 온도로 유지되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  10. 반응시간은 약∼4시간의 범위내에서 변동되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
  11. 화합물(a)은 트리메틸술포늄 클로라이드인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 염류의 제법.
