Claims (5)

  1. 용매의 존재하에 다음 일반식 II의 화합물과 1-(2-메톡시페닐)-피페라진과의 반응을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식 I로 표시되는 N-피페라지닐알카노일아닐리드 또는 제약에 수용할 수 있는 그 염의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, n은 0, 1 또는 2이고, R 및 R1은 각각 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고, R2,R3및 R4의 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬, 히드록시알킬, 알콕시, 아랄콕시, 알킬티오, 아랄킬티오, 알킬술포닐, 알킬술페닐, 니트로, 아미노, 알킬아미노, 아실아미노, 우레이도, 알킬우레이도, 아릴우레이도, 알킬술포닐아미노, 트리플루오로메틸, 아실, 시아노, 카르복시, 알콕시카르보닐, 카르바모일, 술포, 구아니디, 노술포닐, 카르바모일옥시, 히드록시, 아실옥시, 알킬술포닐옥시 또는 알킬렌디옥시기 또는 R5및 R6의 각각이 수소원자 또는 알킬, 아릴 또는 아실기인 식 SO2NR5R6의 기를 나타낸다(알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬렌기의 각각은 C1∼C4를 갖는다.).
    상기식에서 R, R1, R2, R3, R4및 n은 상기에 정의한 것과 같고, X는 할로겐 원자이다.
  2. 용매의 존재하에 다음 일반식 III의 화합물과 1-(2-메톡시페닐)-피페라진과의 반응을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식 I로 표시되는 N-피페라지닐알카노일아닐리드의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, n은 1이고, R 및 R1은 각각 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고, R2, R3및 R4의 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬, 히드록시알킬, 알콕시, 아랄콕시, 알킬티오, 알킬티오, 아랄킬티오, 알킬술포닐, 알킬술페닐, 니트로아미노, 알킬아미노, 아실아미노, 우레이도, 알킬우레이도, 아릴우레이도, 알킬술포닐아미노, 트리플루오로메틸, 아실, 시아노, 카르복시, 알콕시카르보닐, 카르바모일, 술포, 구아니디노술포닐, 카르바모일옥시, 히드록시, 아실옥시, 알킬술포닐옥시 또는 알킬렌디옥시기, 또는 R5및 R6의 각각이 수소원자 또는 알킬, 아릴 또는 아실기인 식 SO2NR5R6의 기를 나타낸다(알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬렌기의 각각은 C1∼C4를 갖는다).
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸 술폭사이드이고, 반응이 40℃∼60℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 용매가 케톤 또는 탄화수소이고, 반응이 환류하에수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제약에 수용할 수 있는 희석제 또는 담체와 제1항에 따른 N-피페라지닐알카노일아닐리드 또는 제약에 수용할 수 있는 그 염으로 구성되는 제약조성물.
