제1도는 화장 타일의 표면에 광택무늬 코팅(coating)을 하기 위한 시스템의 개략설명도.
제2도는 미처리된 타일을 도시한 도면.
제3도는 스크린 프린팅 풀(screen printing paste)로 코팅된 만들어질 음화형 무늬를 가진 제2도의 타일을 도시한 도면.
제4도는 처리 완료후 광택무늬 코팅을 구비한 제2도의 및 제3도의 타일을 도시한 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 만들어질 무늬와 일치하는 코팅물을 사용하여 유약칠된 도기, 유리 또는 법랑의 물체 표면에 광택무늬 코팅을 하는 공정에 있어서, 물체를 약 400℃ 이상까지 가열하고 금속 및 금속 산화물로 구성된 얇은 층을 형성하기 위하여 가열된 물체 표면과 화학적으로 반응하는 물체의 온도 이하 상태인 금속 화합 용액에 상기 가열된 물체를 담그고 최종적을 상기 표면이 침지됨으로써 냉각된 물체의 금속/금속산화물층에 열의 도입으로 광택 색채가 형성되는 것으로서, 스크린 프린팅에 의해 풀을 적용하여 물체의 표면에 음화형 무늬를 만들고, 상기 음화영 무늬가 구비된 물체를 약 400℃ 이상의 온도까지 가열하고, 얇은 금속/금속산화물 층을 형성하기 위하여 스크린 프린팅에 의해 코팅되지 않은 물체 표면과 반응하는 금속 화합물 용액에 상기 음화형 무늬가 구비된 가열된 물체를 담그며, 코팅되지 않는 표면 부분에 광택 색채가 형성된 후 음화형 무늬를 물체로부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로하는 광택 무늬 코팅 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 음화형 무늬를 솔질, 특히 건조솔질하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택 무니코팅공정.
  3. 잘 분말화된 액상 염기 매질과, 엽상 결정구조의 무기 코팅물질과, 물체의 표면과 코팅 물질 사이에 접착력을 주기 위해 똑같이 잘 분말화된 결합제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 공정을 수행하는데 사용되는 스크린 프린팅 풀.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 코팅물질을 실리케이트, 특히 마그네슘 실리케이트(활석)인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅 풀
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 결합제는 가교결합 구조를 한 실리케이트, 특히 티타늄 실리케이트 또는 회토류의 실리케이트, 양호하게는 지르코늄 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅 풀.
  6. 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 액상 염기 매질은 물과 알코올 및 스크린 프린팅유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅 풀.
