Claims (11)
- 자유라디칼 개시에 의해 중합될 수 있고/있거나 가교결합될 수 있는 매질, 과산화물, 금속중 적어도 하나가 철 및 구리로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이금속염 촉진제, 및 t-알킬 히드라지니움염 발포제의 혼합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 발포 및 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매질의 농도가 100부, 과산화물이 약 0.2내지 약 20부, 촉진제가 약 0.01내지 약 2.0부 및 발포제가 약 0.2내지 약 10부인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 과산화물의 농도가 약 0.5내지 10부, 촉진제가 약 0.05내지 약 1.0부 및 발포제가 약 0.2내지 약 5부인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적당한 계면 활성제가 조성물내에 함유된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 매질이 불포화 폴리에스터 수지인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 과산화물이 과산화수소, 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 디아실퍼옥사이드, 퍼옥시 디카보네이트 및 케톤퍼옥사이드 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 염화제2철, 염화제1철염화제1구리, 염화제2구리, 및 나프텐산구리 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
- 주위온도에서 발포 및 경화가 완수될 때까지, 자유라디칼 개시에 의해 중합될 수 있고/있거나 가교 결합될 수 있는 매질, 과산화물, 금속중 적어도 하나가 철 및 구리로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이금속염 촉진제 및, t-알킬히드라지니움염 발포제의 혼합물을 함유하는 발포 및 경화성 조성물을 반응시켜 발포 및 경화된 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 먼저 금속염을 수지반응 혼합물에 가하여 완전히 혼합하고, 다음으로 발포제를 첨가하여 완전히 혼합하고, 마지막으로 과산화물을 첨가하여 완전히 혼합하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수지가 불포화 폴리에스터수지인 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 발포제 및 금속염 촉진제를 조절함으로써 발포 및 경화된 수지의 밀도를 조절하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
